Hello.apologies I missed your message before… so not all stainless steel should come in contact with food…food grade means it’s resistant to wear and tear and has heat resistance in such a way that it's safe for the use of cooking various types of food..not all stainless steel is….hope this helps x

Happy to help, not cooked in the new one yet… in the first model it was browned from the bottom like a regular pizza would be..the dough cooked really well. I remember this is the first thing I cooked in the air fryer oven .Thanks

Hi, they are both really great. If I had a choice I’ll choose the new one because it has more power 2400 watts. It has an option to cook at different temperatures too. Also it looks so smart in the kitchen compared to the silver one . ☺️

The thing that’s stopping me buying one is the fault with Rotessrie catching the divider are they going to sort it out??

@CockneyInCumbria I am really hoping so. Personally I tried the rotisserie in the older version and it cooked perfectly, however I never used that feature again because all the chicken fat splattered everywhere in the oven and it was a bloody nightmare to clean… I cooked a whole chicken on the middle shelf on the oven tray, I covered it with foil for 30 mins , then cooked it uncovered for 15 mins and it was just as perfect … spinning motion unnecessary 😂 it’s a nice to have though.. if you love the idea of rotisserie then the first model suits you much better and I can vouch for the fact that it doesn’t lack in performance compared to the new one. If you decide to buy, I’d appreciate if you buy of my Amazon store link. It just helps me grow my Amazon shop. The link is under all my videos. Hi. Thanks for stopping by, no it’s food grade stainless steel. It’s definitely not tiny as I cook for and feed a family of 6 in this very regular. It has 3 shelves. Also there is a new model which has an option to use up to 6 shelves at a time using the dual function. The video is on my channel. Also I have a comparison video of both air fryers. Oh really. That sounds nice. All of my recipes are developed so I didn’t copy no authentic recipe. I have seen many baklava cheesecakes online but they all require baking the cheesecake filling 👀🙏🏼

Do you mean which one is easier to clean ?.. the newer one is easier as it doesn’t have the heating rods at the bottom. Always clean while a little warm as it’s easier to get the grease off. Lately I tried covering the food with foil and cooking then uncovering just to brown the food for a few mins and I found that reduced the splattering by 70% 👀🙏🏼

If I was you I would sell the older One and get the newer one 😀 yeh tbh when I made rotisserie chicken it splattered all over the inside and it was hard to get off, however there is a how to clean video on @Hysapientia official CZcams page to help you .. please stay connected. Thanks

@@swaad_official_uk Hi, thank you for the reply, I would sell this one but I have only had it for a couple of weeks and then I would have to spend £200 to buy the new one, I think that the loss of money is too much to lose but none the less, I will look at the site to find the cleaning method, other wise, I will not be using the rotisserie except for chips, it is a real shame because that it the reason why I went for this one but, thanks again.
