What is the app? Where do you get the app?
I’m pretty sure it’s called “Smart Life”
So for everyone that could be struggling with connecting to wifi, like having the wifi icon no longer blinking, the app will recommend to unplug the clock and plug it back on, but it might not work anyway. So I found out somewhere else that holding down the snooze button for a few seconds will reset the wifi searching option, which will allow you to pair it with your app. Hope it will help some people!

These are clever but a nightmare to operate early in the morning. For instance, try turning off radio and leaving the light on.

Thank you very much. It was a toss for me between this one and the heimvision but this one seemed a little brighter and nicer. I actually just decided I need a back up alarm clock when I woke up 10 minutes before I normally leave my house for work (thank God), because for some reason I snoozed my iPhone or it didn’t go off (not sure). I have never seen a wake up light, just spent the last hour looking through all the options. Just ordered one on amazon. Thanks again.
We use the wake up light but we also like the sleep light feature. We don't have bed lamps so we can turn the sleep light on while we are getting settled in bed. The light gets dimmer over the span of 15 minutes and then shuts off. It also plays white noise. We have Alexa so we can trigger this with "Alexa, turn on the sleep light".

Is there a way to turn off the alarm, IF one does not want to use the Snooze feature or does it just have to wear itself out!? This part to me is frustrating. The instructions are so small jardly anyone can read them, I did not receive a card stating the Warranty, and there is no manufacturer name on the box (there is something that looks like it can be a name, on the box, Focce(?).
Just bought one of these because my Radio Alarm would startle me and jar me awake! Does one have to use the app? How does one set the alarm and turn it off if they don't NEED to use an alarm every single day?
I got the European version and I think it doesn't have the smart feature of connecting to the app. I also think it isn't called latme in the UK. But it looks exactly the same!
I purchased this clock a little over a year ago. However, I have a new wi-fii network and have no idea how to reset the clock to the new wifi - Its super frustrating. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance

Thanks for making this video. I lost my manual, but I do remember everything you showed. I am so stuck though! We moved to a new home, and have a different wifi. No matter how many times I go through the troubleshooting process, it will not connect to wifi. The wifi light blinks very fast, for about a second or two, and turns off. Sometimes, 30 seconds later, it comes on and off again. It’s not the steady blinking like the one in your video (which is what it was for me the first time I got it and it worked). My guess is that it’s trying to connect to the old wifi?? I don’t know where to look or who to ask. 🤷🏽♀️ I suppose I could just use it manually from here on out, but what fun is that?

So does the sunrise simulation actually start dim then get brighter like the sun rising? Is this considered one type of alarm meaning can it be used as an alarm alone not using sound? If this is how it works how long is the sun rise simulation from dim to bright?
It starts dim and gets brighter. You can choose from 10-60 minutes in one minute increments. It doesn't have a light only option. You have to use it with "sound" or radio. If you aren't big on sound, you could set it to something like birds chirping and set the volume to 1. That would be more relaxing than having a radio blaring.

Hello! I *think* I have this set to wake up to piano music, but I can't get any volume. I'm trying to do everything with the clock, since I'm not sure I want to give out my wifi password. I've pressed the volume button to no avail. What am I missing? Thanks!
I mostly use it via the smartphone app. I do see a volume option for the alarm. Are you tech savvy? You could set up a guest wifi network if your router supports it. You would then connect the LATME to it. You would then connect a phone/tablet temporarily to the guest network to configure the LATME.
@@Rickmakes Thanks...although I use computers regularly, I'm not that tech savvy and didn't want to give out wifi password. I don't have Alexa...if I can't get sound, I'll have to send it back, since the light alone isn't enough if I'm facing the other way :(

What if my micro usb doesn’t fit into the clock?
I'm guessing you tried flipping the connector over. If not, try that. If it still doesn't fit, it would make me think the cable to clock is damaged. If the cable is damaged, you could try a different cable. If the clock is damaged, you would probably need to exchange it.
