I love them all but the pink and green with the clear, pear shaped crystal spoke to me! The beads made with extruded clay (can't remember the proper term, shibori beads?) are gorgeous! No wait, the red and orange bracelet with fringe and the purple earrings! Lol! I have a lot of favorites!
All gorgeous but I think my favorite is about the sixth one , U-shaped, purple, yellow, orange piece. I did have success making shibori with alcohol ink, just have to use alcohol to spread color and it turned out beautiful.
Thank you, thank you! I have 20 year old polymer clay that I thought was useless in Southern Scotland. A cheap pasta machine and I am producing lovely leaves and beads. You are inspirational. Thank you for your generosity in sharing your techniques. It's a new avenue of creativity for me.
Learning how to make & use Shibori silk from you is still almost my absolutely favorite technique of all. I scoured thrift stores for silk slips until I had a pile of glorious silk to use after having made my 1st piece. The jewelry I've made using it is always instantly gets ooohs and ahhhs. I have 15 pieces in my own collection & have made a dozen or so more for others. I've also used it in home decor pieces and for the collar & trim on a coat I refashioned. Thank you so much for teaching us how you make your Shibori silk ribbon. What started out for me as wanting to make a dozen or so polymer clay beads similar to ones I'd seen on a necklace at a craft show has blossomed into a full blown obsession. Nobody teaches as well as you do or gave me as much confidence. Thank you Susan and I hope life is treating you well. I feel a jump of excitement each time I see the notice popup you've released a new video.
I'm a couple of hours away from finishing my first shibori necklace. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I have played with clay and resin for years and been serious about beading for a lot longer, adding the ribbon and putting them all together is a whole new way of looking at things. So beautiful. I can't wait to gift a few pieces to friends.
Oh Susan, these pieces 'knocked my socks off', in fact, I don't have the words to describe how beautiful they are. You are a very talented lady indeed. Thank you for showing them to us. Absolutely stunning 😍😍😍
As an upcycler I have created peices from found and broken jewelry. Also beads gifted and thrifted have constantly come my way. But that has always left me with hoarding my few matching peices and scared to use up my unique stash. You have truly inspired me to make my own potentially endless supply of just the right beads I love. The process is long but worth it. And ultimately cheap when you consider all the small beads one pack of clay can yield. Thank you for your inspiration
So much fun to watch and listen to the lovely soft music while I ate my breakfast. You are a wizard with color, Susan! I love the idea of using the ribbon in lightweight earrings.
Absolutely amazing ohhhh boy I’m going to watch every video The level of craftsmanship and style amazing I started with Polymer clay back in early 2000 03 04 05 there was nothing In the lines of teaching ideas or just no information on it and I Could not figure out how to use it to create exquisite pieces like This so I stop I still have my binder full of instructions in writing I’m a very visual learner show me and I will master it but reading It it just don’t click I have my own business so I’m very very busy but I’m going to squeeze your videos in I have to do CZcams is an amazing tool And plus for so so many I thank you for your time and sharing your amazing gift with Us and I wish ppl would realize that youtubers can never be compensated monetarily What you give such a plethora of valuable information and instructions and how to and what not to, your time any ones time and wisdom is priceless and when ppl leave Disgusting selfish disturbing comments with no appreciation and entitlement like you Owe them something BC they watch your videos you can set up classes and charge handsomely and ppl will come and pay no you are blessing us with your gifts that took you time to learn and master CZcams is a lotttttttttttttttttttttttt of work. You are just amazing Susan. Your pieces are just absolutely fantablulous. I think I made that word up because I can't find a word to describe my envy and awe at your never ending talent. Thank you so much for your very generous tutorials. You show us how to make wonderful pieces for free. I totally agree with you. All credit should be given when an idea has been given and then used. A truly honourable and proper way of saying thank you, surely. 😊 x
Too hard to pick a favorite this time. All your pieces are stunning. Although, I do gravitate to your necklaces most often. You have been very busy! Thank you for sharing your creations. Love it all❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️
The blue choker style one and all the cuffs bracelets, the one with the muliti colored stone is gorgeous second cuff,, love that one and the one with the amber colored crystal and one with the leafs are wow!! Susan very beautiful work.👍😘🍂🌷🌺💐🍁🌻🌹
I truly admire your talent and ability to make the most gorgeous jewelry but really I admire ALL you do!! Thank you so much for sharing your talent with all of us!!! EVERY TIME I see that you've dropped another video for us I simply can't wait to watch it!!!!! Blessings Susan!!!

Wow Susan your pieces are so stunning and elegant I just love them your designs are so amazing your creativity is boundless and your patience for stringing beads wow what can I say except thank you for sharing your work 👌 beautiful ❤️
Susan, it's very hard to pick a favorite, they are all gorgeous! Perhaps the one with the pink ribbons, if I had to pick one. Oh, and also the adorable pup at the end of the video!
Hi Susan! I really loved that burgundy bracelet. Your work is amazing. I can only hope one day I will be as good as you. Thanks for the inspiration. Blessings!
As always, hard to pick a favorite because they are all so bee-u-tee-full!!!! I finally found a silk slip and want to try making some shibori from your video. Thank you for creating these videos to teach us how to make and use our items we learned to make. If you laid them all out on a table and said pick one it's your's............you'd have to finally hand me one and kick me out of your house. I would have been there for a long time trying to choose. Happy Wednesday. Love you lady.
More beautiful pieces. I’m sure glad I don’t have to choose which one I would want. Jeez they are all beautiful. In a couple shots you had some dark beads, pearls I think. And I wondered why you made poly clay beads with eyes in them for these awesome pieces. Then I realized it was the lights in your studio reflecting off of those beads.. ok now I can choose, the red orange bracelet.......stunning.
They are all gorgeous, very hard to pick a favorite 💗👏🏻💗👏🏻💗👏🏻 the one with the purple ribbon is stunning and I love the bracelets as well. You’re amazing ❣️❣️❣️
Hi Susan. I love your work . I have recently started playing with clay. Actually about the time the virus started to be a thing here. I'm 70 and retired. I have made some flower canes, not anywhere as beautiful as yours and I have made a few turtles, again nothing to compare with yours but I was trying to copy your technique. What I am about to share is not for sympathy but so you will understand I am really no competition, lol. I only have vision in one eye which causes me to have no depth perception up close. Also my hands shake. I stab myself often and many times I have to get my grandkids to thread my needles. Still I am determined. Anyway one of our neighbors and a cousin and my daughter want me to sell my pieces on ebay or facebook. I am writing to ask your permission. Thank you for sharing and inspiring. The clay and beading as kept me same for the last few months . Thanks again.
@Matilyn Streight: While it's amazing you care enough to want to give credit where it's due, you really don't *have* to have her ok. Just maybe say "jewelry inspired by..." or inspired by the work of..." girl, go get your sell on!! I wish I had your bravery! Best of luck and love from coastal SC.
Gorgeous!! Susan, what is your most favorite piece of jewelry that you’ve ever made? Did you sell it or keep it? Just curious. I am an artist and every so often I paint something that I just can’t bear to sell or give away. But I usually end up doing so. Lol
Your pieces are simply stunning! I enjoy every video and realize with all the time and energy it takes to design-sorce-film & create these videos I wanted to say THANK YOU 🌻🌻🌻 Are the really large petal canes the same techniques as floral canes you've made in the past and they just are larger scale/not reduced? Hugs from 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Gorgeous pieces :) Might I suggest that you do the zooming in your video editor rather than with your camera? You'll get a much smoother and less jerky result that way.
I love what you do with the ribbon but can you do this with other ribbons besides silk? I am allergic to silk - it blisters my skin - bummer because I love to embroidery too and I love your style and colors.
I just checked it’s working now so you possibly have your closed caption on that will mute the sound it the button on the top right of the video looks like cc touch it to turn on and off
What is your favorite piece of jewelry necklace, bracelet or earrings ?

Everything aqua and purple. I love how you combine those colours together
I think my favorites are your necklaces. But in all honesty, I love them all.
Earrings but I really love everything
All gorgeous but I think my favorite is about the sixth one , U-shaped, purple, yellow, orange piece. I did have success making shibori with alcohol ink, just have to use alcohol to spread color and it turned out beautiful.
Breath taking.....and I love the puppy snores!

Your puppy is adorable...just like your art... hi from Germany :-)
From a distance, it almost looks like it sitting on a crinkled piece of Skinner Blend. :-) All so beautiful.
if you use pearl as a base you can get a similar result

Silk is unique how it grabs the dye , I back my pieces with ultrasuede so it never touches the skin
What happened to the tutorials? I miss those so much.
I can't find silk anywhere, where can I buy some?
Did you try Etsy?
Look for silk slips or nightys at goodwill.
