The Reservoir was named after Sir James MacRitchie, one of the British governors who was in Singapore during the early days.

Thanks so much for watching 🙏🏻 Where we are from, the Isle of Man 🇮🇲 it tends to just be curries so we don’t get to see some more authentic Indian dishes so we were really happy to try it for the first time and it came recommended by Sakib (Christine’s sisters boyfriend) who is from Mumbai 🥰
