I've also got orange and black rubber straps for a different mood. Super quick delivery, nicely boxed and presented, extra screw and bars included, and the unexpected addition of a glass protector is excellent thanks. No I'm not getting paid to say this, I'm just a middle-aged guy in the UK who took a chance and it paid off. Well done SKXMOD.
Later on in the video I talked about how GA and GAB actually has no difference in terms of their outter accessories. Because I've already put the theory on the test before the camera start rolling. Probably I didn't give much attention on the orientation. Do as I say, not as I do...

That being said will continue to build up the watch fund for one, anticipating for a Casioak 40th Anniv edition, hopefully and will have enough $ for it. Thank you for the demo.
Think this watch looks better in person. Your lighting makes it look more grey than it does in normal light... I like the solar powered version the best, but I probably wouldn't get it to mod. Get the cheaper model with more defined hour markers and less busy dial. .. Think that looks better in the metal case.

Nope, still holding strong. Because we design the friction-fit to be tighter than usual. In that way it will balance out the wear and tear in the long run. It's like buying slightly smaller sunglasses and breaking in just snug and fine along the way you use it.
Yes, crown would still exist. Yet it will become functional this time around. The entire structure will be completely different. Not like how Gen.5 just an exterior casing covering over the carbon core. It'll be integral this time.
@@BarikSingh Unscrewing it would be releasing the crown entirely. And the crown will be attached with a steel pin as pusher. To push the buttons we replaced as dimples style. As you may have seen in some perpetual calendar mechanical watch. The general look of it will be similar to a AP chrono.
If you have wrist circumference over 20cm then I would suggest going bracelet and purchase extra links. And no, unfortunately our bracelet don't come with extra links.
No, because we don't have modding kits for GMAS series now. Just GA, GM and GAB series. But yes to the last question, GA and GAB basically have the same exterior. Gen 4 and 5 kits can both be applied on GAB.

Thanks a lot. It's really nice that someone like you, as few as it may be, who finally appreciate the extra protection or functional use we put our effort in. The AE-1200 or Royale line is more of a practical side of our products. Comparing to the CasiOak side, it's more of a aesthetic oriented direction we are going for. But also, there's the concern of cost as well. Because hardening IP coating don't come cheap.

The reason we didn't listed gen.4 on the website anymore is because 1.it's obsolete and 2.they are not newly made batches, might not be the most best condition for selling. Not recommend, but yes. A customer of ours pump the pressure to 70m and it didn't pop. Then again, 70m is the best his machine can do. With our caseback installed as well.
In all, our modding kit is just a added-on piece of steel casing. Everything that the original watch's capable of, our product will not weaken a bit. And if not better on the protection. But it's more about the improper handling measures than material wise. For example, not fully rinse and dry the watch from seawater will result in unpleasant water stain. And the caseback I mentioned earlier, another added-on piece. But since it's connected to the inner mechanism this time. Loosely tighten screws will not just give you stain but actual movement damage by moisture. I don't want to speak for all people. But past experience does show us that there is quite a fraction of our customers encounter those said issues.
So, let me get this right….the kit that is $119.99 on the website comes the silicone and the steel bracelet? I pre-ordered the GA-B2100…I’m just waiting on it now..
Because we have a language detector excluded Chinese and its variants to visit. Maybe changing your browser to another language like English would do the job. It's a measure we have no choice but to apply. Since many Chinese vendors were copying our design. So we simply shut off Chinese channel in general.

No, because the modding does not do any altering with the caseback in the first place.

On full links, each side have approximately 8.8cm of length. With 5 links removable as well. You take that number into consideration.

No, because we don't have modding kits for GMAS series now. Just GA, GM and GAB series. But yes to the last question, GA and GAB basically have the same exterior. Gen 4 and 5 kits can both be applied on GAB.

What is the glass material, how quickly does it scratch up?
I think Casio always get mineral glass on the 2100 series until the GM-B one. But we have a piece of glass protector within the kit. So no worries.
