    Profound n simple way to fix the mind.
    In meditation focus only on Pranmaya kosh.
    Mind quietens n body is in full josh.
    Mind shifts from gross to subtle quickly.
    From seer to seen,drig to drishya without much difficulty.
    Now is the time to be ready for higher sadhna.
    Through "japa"enjoy n continue upasana.
