      It weren't pretty. Remember? How many times in the last forty years ? At least three right? Rodney King was one. And there was the girl with the Orange Juice in the Korean store, I think. And another one, and another one. Where you been?

      So an undeveloped country has less respect for people than a developed country, what a stupid statement to make ,have you not seen the statistics lately in USA ?? you are more than likely to be shot by the police than armed robber , more than likely to be beat up by the police than another person , and the police are meant to protect you in your so called DEVELOPED country , You sir need to stop making idiotic worthless uninformed comments and wake the fuck up to whats really going on in the world around you then and only then can you comment constructively , DickHead lol

      @slashismyhommie8182 Před 8 lety +12

      GTA Loony those are Sheriffs they for the most part are cooler than LAPD. They're more approachable from my experience like at a random lunch spot, LAPD isn't very friendly, Sheriffs are more willing to talk and be one on one straight up with you on things. I have been pulled over by both and LAPD has been more authoritarian while Sheriffs have been cut the BS straight up with me. One time I ran a red light, not intentionally, just wasn't really paying attention and saw the green arrow and went. thankfully didn't hit anyone or anything. Saw the cop as I was doing it and he turned right, I pulled over before he even turned the lights on. He walked up, I joked what took you so long, he giggled and said so you know why I pulled you over. I gave him my info he came back and said to have a nice day and to just pay attention. I was straight up with him told him I saw green in my peripheral and just went and realised it when I was already in the intersection and ya, that was about it.

      ants mirez They're dicks in the jail, that's their first two years of training I believe, but after that they're on the streets and they have a better read on types of people and what not. They can tell if someone's one of the usual in country or just a mentally ill person etc. They're stern but fair on the street. They also don't work on quotas on the street.

There is no reason for them to act like "God", or "better", than anyone else. Police deserves respect for their hard job, but they also need to treat ALL people with the respect that they would want.

    they should have showed up, asked him to leave, if he dont comply, pull him off the bus and arrest him for impeding traffic and endangering the public. make him pay a fine and send him packing. not shake his hand and tell him what a good Samaritan he is..

Yes, I came to a full stop with a cop behind me and he pulls me over and writes me a ticket, saying my front wheel crossed the designated point, even though I was fully stopped. I tell him there's no way I'm just going to pay the ticket and that it's a BS ticket. In the process of going to trial for this now, and I see something like this. I strongly disagree. Having that I work with CHP, LAPD and LASD on a daily basis. They are the most professional and courtesy Police and Sheriffs Departments that I have ever met. How ever I will give you Hawthorne Police (HPD) we have had differences with in the past but I do get along with some of them but I'm rarely placed in that sector.

    I love how these cops acted, amazingly respectful and humane. Great guys I hope this is how they treat every call, I know it can be the one of the most stressful and demoralizing careers but when they act like this they earn our respect. They also deescalate the situation which means we're (the public and police) that much more safe.
    These guys seriously deserve a commendation for how this was handled and this should be almost a training video for cops all throughout the world.

    hats off to the deputies whether or not they were playing up to the cameras is no ones guess but their own. the fact that the man was able to walk away on his own shows two things. 1 arresting people in some instances is at the discretion of the officer. and 2 some members of law enforcement still get it, we are not the enemy.

    LA County Sheriffs have to work in the Jails or Courts for 2 to 3 years before they can hit the streets. They see what life is like for inmates and people going through the system.. they get to see a perspective that PD guys will never experience. Sherriff in Los Angeles are really cool and rarely have an attitude. Oh, and the reason why Sherriff patrol Compton is bc Compton PD back in the day was corrupt af and got shut down by the FBI... and anytime a city cannot provide its own police department, the Sheriffs step in and provide security funded through the county.
