A Texas themed theme park would not attract anyone outside of Texas
Astroworld was magical and an escape and mistery for every age. The new theme park would have to be built similar to Disney worlds and Astroworld. There are obstacles which I see that need to be addressed. It cannot be run like Astroworld was run in the last 10 years. It also cannot be put in the same location. This area is not filled with the right people and to far away from the huge suburbs of northwest Houston. Somewhere between HWY 69 and FM 249 would be best. This is critical as the south, southeast and south west side of Houston are just to run down. We see mostly professionals here and it just wouldn’t. Hockley is now booming and will be for the next 20 years so anywhere with 10 miles of Hwy 290 would be best
