This show is both hilarious and delightful, and Stede is truly one of the most weirdly sweet and likable characters I've seen in forever. I couldn't help rooting for him right from the start. Him being such a dad to his crew really endeared him to me, lol. Also, how traumatized by his past he was, and how you get the sense the man just wants a place to belong. The show is quite the journey! Look forward to more of these reactions.
