Agree with Dr. Laura. You may miss your sister, but reconciliation won't work unless your sister is the one who reaches out to you. And that probably will never happen. It isn't worth it. It will all go back to the exact same way it was again.

I remember listening to Laura on the radio in SoCali in 2007 with my mom while getting stuck in traffic jams. Great times, and super glad to see you're still around!
You should go on Jordan Peteron's podcast sometime and duke it out on modern marriage. That'd be awesome! Would be freat if more people found you thpught that exposure, too lol

I have always loved Dr. Laura's advice. She is right to the point, and she doesn't justify nonsense.

Laura has solid straight to the point advice. She is not 💯successful cause no one is however when she gives advice I always listen

@@user-im9ov9ud7m cause not all people will take her advice. Unfortunately not all folks can grasp the no nonsense, straight to the point advice she offers. I on the other hand listen intently and take her advice

We all judge. We must make judgments, in a discerning way, between right and wrong, between kind and cruel etc. Scripture admonishes us to use the same measuring stick on ourselves that we apply to others, NOT that making distinctions between good and bad should not be made.
    Matthew 7: 1-5 ✝
Excellent consistency in messaging with callers across various topics/contexts.🔥❤

The stock video footage is distracting and unnecessary. Dr. Laura is compelling enough.

I wish Laura would have allowed the lady to speak more instead of cutting her off but the advice to not get involved in the situation was good.

That’s just good radio. The advice is more for that listening audience at large than for the caller.

Right, it's not easy, but it's the goal. The end game; not to reinstall yourself in the same thing that caused this in the first place. It'll just go around and around and around.

The best part of her show is when she yells at the people which is basically every call... I love listening to people get shut up. Its great... I can't call in though I wouldn't take it l. I would tell her to shut up. I don't work for people and I don't take advice from anybody.... this show would not work for me if I called in. I'm not going to obey people when they tell me to shut up. I don't work for you... these are dialogues nobody should be telling anybody to shut up. But it's what makes the show entertaining..for me, anyways...

Dr Laura has not matured at all after all these years, she listens even less than she did back in the old days! There was no depth to this conversation whatsoever. I’ve always thought that’s just her survival technique, keeps her feeling in control 👍 But it was interesting to see her reappear after all these years!

This is kind of a brain dead comment. Dr. Laura is an expert. She’s mostly an expert at doing radio. So the advice she gives us more for the audience than it is for the individual callers. She uses the callers as a device to get general messages to large audience.

Laura is like Judge Judy. They interrupt to get to the real nitty gritty of the issue and it saves a lot of time!

Right on. Getting to the grit, @@chrisd9759. So many get their feelings more hurt because they didn't get an hour to tell all about their feelings.
