      depends on position - the further outwards, the more blood flow leads to an increased chance of healing. look up red zone, red-white zone, white zone

    too fast to take notes simultaneously, had to watch it at x0.75, but great in explaining menisci

    Menisectomy does not work ... if you value your health do not do it (the only exception is if you cannot walk, repeat cannot walk)
