Hi doc please help/ guide me🙏 my MRI is showing below:
1) Mild thickening with altered intrasubstance hyperintense signal in PD fat SAT/STIR images in ACL however attachments are intact with no overt tear seen suggesting interstitial edema.
2) minimal linear intrasubstance hyperintense signal suggesting linear mucoid degeneration seen in posterior horn of medial meniscus not extending to any articular surface.
I just wanted to know what is the actual problem. why did this happen to me? na to mujhe kabhii koi injury hui or na hi me kabhi kisi sport ka part thi. or dard bhi esa h kabhi ata h achanak boht painful or achanak gayab.
PS: i'm 25 yrs old and the pain I'm going through right now cannot be expressed in words. It is so painful that a quick death is better than this pain.
Mam explain mri spine
Usg 🆎domen pls
