At the time 4:19 maybe when you are going up that muddy hill raise your seat, sit down, and switch to a low gear because then you are able to get more traction and it would be easier to climb. I love these mountain bike videos! I also mountain bike a lot and once you start riding at different places you will get better, and it would be more fun!

There is white (the easiest) yellow (not so easy) blue intermediate and red expert and I’m 11 and I go on reds. And I think you will be good and have fun at this bike moutsin
