- Federal prosecutors have asked to seize former Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby's Florida condo, according to new court filings.

Appt, after further digging, The issue is that it’s her primary residence and they don’t want her renting out the house, whenever she wasn’t in town. There, it is insane that you can’t use your primary residence to rent out if you’re away on business, holidays, and vacation.
