I have not flown on Southwest Airlines but have flown on an Airbus A320 from Delta and I completely agree that the feeling of taking off is the best feeling! 😊
Adrian Oquendo the wheel brakes are applied because the wheels are retracted without doors, and if there was a puncture then debris from a spinning wheel might fly around the wheel bay where the hydraulics are.
We will finally be seeing these beauties in and out several times a day here in Fresno after decades of the city and people wanting Southwest to have service here. Can't wait for April! The entire airport here though is seeing rapid service expansion
So cool the way you you focused on the runway final lift and takeoff on camera's view ... You didn't followed it thru not allowing it to fade but it alone merged romantically off camera's view to the right leaving it the fading to the roaring engines !! Luv it
I went in my first plane ride in over 14 years for my honeymoon. I had to lose weight first. I was EXTREMELY nervous. My wife and the flight attendant could tell. Thankfully they understood and I got much less nervous as the flight continued.
I wonder what Charles Lindbergh would have thought of an aircraft like this. The amazing strength, flexibility, speed and carrying capacity (100 passengers) of it.
I live close to Tampa International Airport...and let me tell you, SouthWest doesn't play around about getting in the air. People say planes are planes, but they always seem to get higher...sooner.

Nice! Off topic: I found out this morning that a wing flap from a 777 was found on the shore off the coast of Africa. The only 777 missing right now is MH370. It is looking like that it may be the wreckage from MH370.

Never have been there, too, and have to figure the shortest and least mountainous route to that high desert city.

Hold on I thought there were scuffers in the wheel bay which stopped them from moving...
@@HeathrowAviator there is in the nose gear. On some 737’s you can hear the scoffing pads interact with the tires if you’re seated up front.
