Taking into consideration the fact that you are not working in the best conditions or using the best tools and machinery , you have done your best! ❤
🇵🇰 :)
That's not a repair, it's a complete new build. Great work.
Fantastic. But did not like the guy welding with no protection. Closing your eyes is not good enough long term. Btw this used to be an industry here in Norway, building buses on imported frame + engine.
Panel beater here it’s all considered a repair
Exactly
Wish to see this talent working with modern tools in modern environments. Done a great job just with hand tools. Personal safety should never be compromised.
This is not repairing.... This is fresh coach building.... In anycase great job with basic tools...👍
there is no repair here; they discarded the damaged bus body and did a new one. good work.
boy it's a good thing you showed up
Yes it's called discarding and carding mechanical. With stickerings and motor chain belt 5.0 acordances.
It actually is a repair, just no restoration.
The old body was pretty stuffed to be fair, i,m glad i was Not in it, my guess; it went over a bank??
Panel beater here it’s all considered a repair
Rebuilding a totalled bus shell in 45 mins impressive! Well done Lads, even The A Team would impressed!
Yes they know work work and work with cares of designers :)
Extremely professional teamwork has resulted in the bus being repaired to a very high standard; ready again to be propelled into a deep ravine by a fearless driver with no concept of danger.
Do not forget overloaded the are terrible for overloading vehicles I would not want to travell in it why did it crash steering failure or brake failure not for me I do not trust it
Exactly what i was thinking, rebuilt and ready to roll (over)... again...
@@Frankestein01nl Quite, and yes indeed, repeatedly rebuilt until the inevitable crash involving a huge explosion (and much loss of life) makes this impossible. Although even then...
Everything is made of sheet metal, attached to hold it together, painted with a brush, the interior is made of wood... perfection.
yeah... perfection... for 19th century
@nikkkk1633 if you don't think this is impressive given how it was done, you're just being an ass.
I really respect the amount of work they did without power tools. Is it crude? Yep! Is it effective? For sure.
Do they make the PAZelle there?
I have to respect the workmanship and ability to accomplish such a monumental task with basic tools. This is nowhere near a modern facility. Nicely done.
Thanks 🙏
This is hand made. I find this more satisfying to watch than watching videos with fully automated robots building cars or buses.
That means their labor is cheaper than robots and electricity
@@nicknamenick9448 Probably, or at least on this location the cost of bringing in, maintaining and securing robots is prohibitive. I've also read comments from CEO of companies from poorer countries who say they are committed to hiring more people and are opposed to replacing them with robots because the jobs they generate is a big help to their families and community.
Yes
Good job!
Only if I had worker’s like these guys I would become the happiest man in the world.
But your insurance premiums would put you out of business, welding without eye, hand or body protection, not boots, not even shoes for some. nah.. they work hard not because they want too.
That welder had better be very well paid for his work and risk taking...
You mean that you would exploit them and live off their hard work while paying a pittance?
That makes 2 of us. These guys don't stop.
@@Elwingish bahahah yep a whole $1.27 per day
I'm amazed that they bent all those arches to match, without measuring or a template.
Funniest part - 32 mins in, guys angle grinding in the dust while other guys are painting the bus - comedy gold!!
Note: the oldest of these workers is 23.
this is not painting, this is rust or base coating
Difficult is welding to the given meaaurement
Imagine just driving that absolute wreck on public roads down to the repair yard absolute casual AF. It really is a different world over there.
I think these workmen could build anything they put their mind to. Maybe next a spaceship. Great work done with mostly hand tools.
yes but that one guy if a screw doesn't come out in like two turns its time for the grinnder lol
Their country is a Nuclear Power. People tend to forget that.
@@Mercmad 🤷♂ and what has this to do with this comment? lol ..
Agreed, over 20 years ago when I lived in the Middle East my sons had a quad bike for the dunes, they stripped the rear sprocket, I went to an Indian bike repair shop, he’s shook his head and said it will have to come from Japan (Honda bike) it will be 2 to 3 months, seeing the disappointment on my sons face the guy said, but I can make one, it’ll be ready tomorrow, 22 years later my son 31 years old still has the quad on his woodland home and that sprocket is still on it! These people are so resourceful they deserve massive respect.
@@Mercmadnot only a nuclear power but a responsible nuclear power. Huge respect for the Indian community here in Scotland 🏴
No problems with such skilled workers of all kinds. Here it would have been scarpped and a new ordered.
Yes, and we would have had a safe bus instead of one bent to shape and held together with tack welds.
@@PreservationEnthusiast absolutely there are no regulation's here at all. Im just please my family dont have to get on transport "repaired" like this.
Also here are people that are polarisering. Menings don't count, facts do! ❤
Yes definite as Korea beely bottoms
the finished bus shown at the end is not even the bus they rebuild. I wonder if the bus they rebuild is even the one that crashed? the work they do is awesome either way.
I keep hearing the Benny Hill theme in my mind. LOL
3:40
I mean.... he has safety glasses but theyre sitting on top of his head. He's wearing sandals and has a long scarf to add a bit of excitement in case it gets entangled with the angle grinder and pulls his head towards it.
_No risk, no fun - no guts, no glory..._ "as they say" ;-)
@@MrKotBonifacy
Obviously they have never heard of "Arc-Eye" (Welder's Flash)? - An inflammation of the cornea, caused by ultraviolet radiation from the arc during welding. Nasty and even possible loss of sight if long term exposure like these guys! I had it once as a young apprentice - that was enough for me! Use your heavy goggles or proper welders helmet guys! 😮
@@peterhowells7309 But that's the problem with them... Deeply ingrained work habits (BAD habits), and lack of any interest or desire to improve things around even a little. Arc eye? Put a slice of potato (or cucumber) on the eye and the next morning you'll be alright (Insh Allah...).
EDIT - I think it was "potato juice" drops applied to the affected eye - not sure, Uncle Google is yer friend.
Safety? What, you don't trust Allah Almighty? All and everything is in his hands, so if I'm going to be killed, in the grand scheme of things, by this or that, there's nothing that could change that.
When strong turbulence hits an airplane, and the stewardess shout "FASTEN YOUR SEAT BELTS!" what one should do? BUT OF COURSE shout "Allahu Akbar", and fork the belts. It's all in the hands of The Almighty, so what use of then flimsy effing pieces of Allah knows what.
See, when Moguls (who were Muslims) invaded (and conquered) what is now North India, the lowest castes converted to Islam in droves - say the right formula three times in a Mosque, and presto! You used to be an untouchable, something between leper and a dog - and now you're a proper human, equal to all them nawabs and sultans! (In theory, that is.)
So, what's not to like about it? (and use it).
But then that magic procedure doesn't (nor can) make anyone smart, educated and all - so when Pakistan was established they didn't have enough educated clerks just to staff properly post offices.
I guess things have improved there since then, but seem only so much...
@@peterhowells7309 was sat there thinking those shades they were wearing probably weren't quite enough.
Surprised they didn't pick up a few fares on the way to the shop! Well done.
Non stop makings
No pesky police harassing them.
Absolutely fantastic work with basic tools possible done in half the time one would be made here....
Love watching this and it's so good to see what really can be done. . Who need computers to design anything. They did it in a fraction of the time
Safety first…
No repair job here they they just built a whole new bus. Awesome workers.
This was pretty impressive and very satisfying to watch 👍
this is not "repairing"
this is "building" / making
Panel beater here it’s all considered a repair because it was damaged that includes new parts
What a great driver, who takes good care of his unit. Congratulations, there are no people like him.
More than repairing the bus, it’s rebuilding it, no? 🚌
On 32 minutes I could have died of laughter... Painting the bus while sanding (and metal filings and dust) being blown towards the same paint!!!
On another video, the spray was laid down even onto the workers themselves. But definitely impressive, even if this is not strictly a repair.
Adres beliefing of originals is the Pakistan government licensed vehicles sticker niazi daewo skyroofs and new khans
Great content bro you are discovering talented people who are doing great with less resources
Thanks 🙏
Discovering nothing, its been on YT for years 🤣
You have to give these guys credit!!!!! NO tools EXCEPT Bare Basic hand tools; safety equipment; sandals and Little else working in HOT DUSTY Dirty conditions, BUT do you hear them complain NO you do NOT ( i admit i do not speak chipmunk language 😆) all in all they do a Good job at a LOW price!!!!
I drive urban buses as my daily job.
Good job in the middle of sand without real tools and plans
I would take these workers over any western world worker, they work hard, they are completely aware of what is going on around them. And talk and work at the same time, how many times have you seen a group of workers in these talking and working at the same time, never because they feel they need to stop what they are doing while they stand and chat.
This was how it was back in the 60’s and 70’s in a lot of mechanic shops, the guys would be chatting away while working. Not today, workers cannot seem to talk and work at the same time.
These guys may not be dressed by western standards, but then unlike those in the west they are completely aware of their jobs and work as a team. Can say that about many western companies these days.
Love you Men, do the best job to help. God bless you, from Iran-America❤❤❤❤🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊
The fact that they did this all by hand and it turned out so good is just incredibly impressive. And the speed they do it is equally impressive. Very skilled work.
It's always nice to see people working with few tools !
those leaf springs look over the top ! wouldn't like a long journey in that, what a bone shaker
Właśnie dzięki takim ludziom świat idzie do przodu, nie dzięki korporacjom i robocikom, tylko dzięki wiedzy i ciężkiej pracy ludzi, szacunek ogromny ode mnie 🇵🇰🇵🇱 pozdrawiam z Polski

Amazing hardworking people ❤
Impressed by the careful, exact measurements!!
You guys are hard workers. Well done.
How many hours do these guys work in a days time & how much do they make per hour or per day ?
Can you tell me why it looks like a circus wagon? I this going to be used for royalty? Why all the fanciness for a utilitarian bus?
Skill and quality control the Swift Motorhome factory could only dream of.
What's Urdu for "that'll buff out"?
What ?
Thanks 🙏
Wonder how the bus got wrecked? Guy driving it to repair place is watching only his phone as he passes camera! 😮
Looks like it was rolled

Just like in every other country. Even law enforcement can be seen watching their phones. 😼😸
😂😂😂😂🤣🥳
Excellent job ! 👍

The dude driving at the beginning was almost out the side window! 😂😂
This is 💯 percent hand made BUS , Good job and BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO 😂😂
What a great bus, i love your ingenuity 👍
Thanks 🙏
would have been stronger if they had used super glue and duct tape
Considering the condition that they are in compared to other countries and the lack of ppe. I must say that they did a great job. The only thing that I am concerned is the welding. How effective is it?
real amazing skills in manual process with homemade mechanical tools🤩🤩
Pretty good looking welds from a couple guys wearing Ray Ban's.
Thanks
Warning; watch out for falling parts!! Lol
Thanks 🙏
I will never ever ride another tour bus. Seeing how this one was 'thrown" together makes me wonder about all the buses on the highways. I sure hope they build airplanes better.
Simply sublime, I'm still processing...
Thank you for your work, you are phenomenal.
And I was forced to learn geometry at school. Is this bus all on arrival or was it then boiled?
How Much Are Welding Rods There Or Do They Make Their Own
Incredible workmanship, fantastic your artist and I'm amazed.😮
Here in UK we moan about coachbuilders never imagining that you might have to work on the mechanics of a bus as they construct the bodies onto chassis, but can you think what an engine swap might be like on this baby?
"If stuff starts flying, just turn your head."
~Homer Simpson
Not only did they rebuild the body of that bus but it come out like a pimp my ride episode lol
Probably a lot of pride and satisfaction of the work!
13:20 it’s not necessary to wear the welding mask, you just need to have it in your hands
Rebuilding a bus using such basic tools and a welding process which would hardly stand up to driving on bumpy roads is amazing! Doing it in a dusty yard with no protective clothing - a World away from 'health and safety' but got the job done!!
Yes boxing feul tanks. Become easy then
these guys have a natural sense of measurement and alignment
What was missing from the bus? A quick wipe with a damp cloth and it would have been perfectly fine.
The last scene with all the add ons after all the painting, holy moly
What did he write on the back of the bus with the grinder?
How are they allowed to drive that wreck on the highway
What the plastic windows have bars that keep you from going straight through them. 😂
Because it's a poor country bro that is the real reason 😢
Its probably permitted because the frame and running gear aren't damaged, the glazing and loose sheet metal has been removed or secured, it isn't carrying passengers, and they aren't travelling in dense traffic. Its already a truck chassis with useless bent metal on top. Strapping it to another truck chassis and calling the mess "transport on a flatbed wrecker" checks all the vehicle operating condition boxes but doesn't actually do anything to change the safety profile.
In Pakistan no need of permission
Good job bro . Love from India ❤❤
Considering with what they are working with Great job achieved in such a Short time
Membuat bus kaya membuat rumah ajah pake papan segala.pakistan memang kreativ manual 😁😁👍👍
Are any of the welds any good? I Am no welder, but I can make good solder joints including brazing. And as far as I can determine these joints we be breaking all the time because of vibration.
