It comes from China, you can buy them direct from Aliexpress and such for $40, or in a pack of 5 (for different lock brands, they have an auto key version as well) for $120 per case. ITS tactical has good stuff in articles though so using some of the money you save off the pick I strongly recommend paying $50 and becoming a member of his website instead.
If you are into the militia stuff and you have actually done work with a group or LE the past decade, there is also a guy selling a laser cut made in the US version for $10 which has several upgrades that greatly expand capabilities but it is only for people who actually did work such as stopping riots, illegals at the border, etc. Contact the monero supply guy. If you know, you know.
