Really needed to hear this. Kunzima as I’ve always been very angry and people have used this against me so much. Although I’m still learning and ngibuye ngithukuthele kodwa sengivele ngithule and bayamangala kuthiwa ngiyadelela. There is no winning with people but my peace is most important manje and I’m seeking each day to remain peaceful and calm.

This is very true. This happens to me everywhere even at home. Sad part is it kinda puts you in a tight corner financially because whether one reacts or not. The feelings are still there and it hurts your spirit like daggers. Camagu🙏🏿... Praying at home for the moment.
