In this video, I show how to use the satin border tool to create a somewhat complex logo. We learn about pathing, start and stop points, and making simple changes in the properties menu. - Jak na to + styl
Brad this video is fantastic, I am just now starting to digitize images, and this helped me a great deal! Thank you very much
You truly do the best videos. It's not often that you want to teach yourself something and the video doesn't cover everything one is looking for. I wanted to understand doing a plain satin stitch drawing that had intersections. I feel like I asked you to teach me something and you created this video just for me. It was perfect. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Great video Brad....love the way you planned the whole thing out so it would stitch out without any jumps. Always learn something new with your videos. Thanks.
Enjoyed this lesson! thanks so much for showing this.Love your videos on digitizing methods.
You make this look so easy, and easy to understand. Thanks
Thanks Brad . Very helpful watching your thought process
Thank you Brad for another video....I have had this software since Oct., and I have had a hard time understanding everything your videos are so helpful.
Thank you so much for this lesson and the artwork that goes with it! This is the way that I like to learn, same artwork and digitize along with the video. So nice to be able to pause, back up, and take the time to really learn as I go. I would LOVE to see more videos like this! You are a great teacher. Thank you again!
i dont mean to be so off topic but does anybody know of a method to log back into an instagram account?
I was dumb lost my password. I love any tricks you can give me!

@Dane Bronson Thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im in the hacking process atm.
I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Dane Bronson it did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thank you so much, you really help me out!
@Lochlan Byron glad I could help xD
Thanks so much! Really great video. Very clear!
Great video, this was very helpful!
Thank you! Very useful.
Good video thanks looks good
Love your videos. So helpful. In this one, I'm wondering about lines at the neck. Seems like either one or the other should b on top, unless I'm missing something. Just curious. Thank you so much.
Thank you!
Have a question about cusps. Does holding down the shift key to get the nice points work on the Floriani softwear also. Thank you
Hi Brad. I’ve been watching your videos. You’re a really good teacher. I’m about to make the purchase of SA 2 or SA 3. I’m torn.
I'd get 3, you'll just end up upgrading later anyway
Brad Martin Thank you sir.
Does layering satin columns cause issues for the machine?? I’m worried about layering fills for eyes, and for my current project I have overlapping satin columns.
Where can i purchase this and whats the name of the software?
Brad in class you showed us how to bring in a True type font on our computer. Can you make a video to show how to do that? Thank you!
Never Mind Brad I figured it out! But I do have another question, "When you do True Type Fonts, can you change the amount of stitches it stitches. In class you showed us in Properties how to change the underlay. But with my TT font it only gives me color and no other selections. Is that because I choose column stitch? Figuring this out slowly, but feeling accomplished thanks to your class! :)
you should still have the properties of the stitch no matter what kind of stitch it is. make sure you are in create mode. increasing the number next to density will LOWER the amount of stitches and vice versa
Any possibility you will include the image when you do a lesson so we can do it too?
its in the video description
You make reference to it as part of a class. Is it on the internet accessible to CZcams viewers? You say it is on the internet but not where.
right under the video is the video description. in there is a link to the image. If you cant find it for some reason i'll link it again here siterepository.s3.amazonaws.com/3225/swan_logo_only.jpg
