First and foremost you guys have built a great machine. I’m concerned about the exposed belt and alternator. How will that hold up in water crossings? Even the Arizona Peace Trail has a few river crossings. Also how will the Oil Tank stay clean in that spot, will there be a panel to block the tire spray?
What is the crush/rollover rating of the bolt together roll cage vs having a fully welded roll cage. I understand the replacement concept for knuckle head drivers but safety is also of importance.
RG will be expanding to the International markets as soon as his US production runs are caught up. Did see one dealer in the Caribbean. Hoping for Central / So America as well. Dakar boys have their radar on equally there.

So the multi $ question is WHEN. I have a terrible feeling by watching this that this project is in DEEP financial trouble. So I’ll ask again, how much longer? Lack of answers has a tendency to confirm suspicions. The sad thing is, I’m in the market and would very much like to have one of these.
@@milosusa I’m not trying to be insulting or a smart ass. It is my experience that offerings such as this in challenging financial markets, have a tendency to get pushed farther down the road. Also, I work in a highly technical field, I have to listen to endless engineering prattle about a myriad of different subjects. Something that triggered my built in bullshit warning light was when Mr. Gordon started going on about something ridiculous about the exhaust system. Something of this nature should have been dealt with long before the vehicle was anywhere near a public offering. We call it the design freeze. At a certain point, no more engineering changes or substitutions are allowed. The prototype is then delivered to production for tooling and production ramp up. Wasn’t this vehicle supposed to be ready for delivery at this time? If I haven’t misunderstood the adoring public, the tongue in cheek joke right now is where is Robbies car. So yes, I stand by my comment that there might very well be some seriously deep financial issues associated with this project, and that is most unfortunate, as I would truly like one of these as I’m in the market! I wish Mr. Gordon all of the success he rightly deserves and hope this car makes it to market soon. As we say in my business, HOPE IS NOT A PLAN!
@@j.muckafignotti4226 Not sure what he said about exhaust system to be concern with, but I know all process was slowed down by the engine and everything around it . How Robby said in previous presentations, he tried to get Z1 turbo engine from Suzuki, which are the great engines I run one in my RZR 1000 and turbo engines from Yamaha, but can't made the deal . Suzuki Z1 is over 1000 cc and for Yamaha probably was small deal I guess . I think to start the build the car like 14 months ego, they really made good job so far. But for sure will be for while , before we start to receive them .
