• All we need is:
- Chicken 250g cubed
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Ginger Garlic Green chilli paste 1 tbs
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Pinch of Orange red food colour
- Red chilli powder ½ tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
