The playing he got in Belgium were very important for the development of his career in terms of playing skills, since he was a regular starter, even played champions league football( including 2 big games against Real Madrid where he shone bright like a diamond)
On the other hand, he also added to his growing legacy as one of Africa's current best players by winning the Belgian Premier leagues best player of the season award.
So the Loaned seasons were actually the best of his career in European football.

What are you talking about? You don’t know shit. Ball control percentage is excellent missed a few but which player doesn’t. Passing, dribble is excellent. 1v1 he got fouled most of the time. He shares the ball most of the time. May his shooting needs improvement but he will get better with more games and match experience.

And his control. The ball is always all over him
I feel like the whole of South African football needs to work on passing and ball control and positioning and accurate shooting and other stuff. I noticed that even at a young age we are not taught these things, all we do at football academies is fitness drills and running and all that. We're not taught how to curve a ball for example....we're not taught how to execute perfect first touches...there's so much that's lacking in our football. It's good in our eyes because that's all we know but if we compare our football to European football we suck so bad.
@@beelotv4513 you're 100% right and the coaches in SA value high intensity playing versus only getting intense when it's necessary and this kills the things you mentioned like ball control, perfect passing and precision scoring because when you're fatigued you can't perform at your best.
I'm currently in Uni and I find it sad to see how so many talents I grew up around from my own school and other schools aren't appearing in uni teams both because of the high corruption in Sports teams in SA as well as the incorrect focus from coaches they value fitness way too much and they don't realize that 99.9% of humans can gain fitness through work but never skill and talent
