I've been doing the miles for you on my own NC750X. Indeed I have done over 1,000 miles in the last week. On one trip to Dorset (150 miles there) it returned 108mpg...yep ONE HUNDRED & EIGHT mpg. Staggering. I have also noticed that the regular high miles have seen my ability to ride further and further without the need to have a stop to leg-stretch. Good to see you out again Birchy.
@@birchwoodbiker Me either. I have actually started to use Arthur for shopping trips (not my full shop, but the inevitable occasional things we all need). It takes the stress out of sitting in the traffic, and I enjoy the trip there...and the frunk takes more than people might realise..
@@birchwoodbiker yep, get Nick to do it. he needs to get his 3 unsubs back. i stopped putting out videos 2 months ago and lost 4. so i feel like i am better! lol
Glad the recovery is going well mate , Getting out on the bike is definitely good fort he soul , got my NC DCT booked in for its 1st service on Monday cant wait to get out and about on it after , stay safe out there bud
Hi Paul, glad to see you back on the bike. I had a look at the Africa Twin, it weighs a ton. It’s too top heavy, the N C. Carries the weight so low down, it’s so innovative and rider friendly. I’ve done a couple of things with the pegs and the blind spots with the mirrors (the Oxford , blind spot mirrors) I could show you Tuesday/ Wednesday at wherever you like next week, I’ve done some research on biking tents and set ups when your a bit more up for it, crack on…
Hiya mate, I've missed your dulcet tones, seriously though it's really good to see a video from you you sound in good fettle so keep it up and get better and better, Take care mate and ride safe
Good to hear you are back. Not sure what you are using for audio. I have a Gopro Hero 10 and 12 black. I use the Gopro audio mod. Mic is: Drift Ghost External Microphone. I find this set up never fails - so far. Just for info. Take it easy. My bike is from Youles also, good guys. 👍👍
Hi Paul nice to see you back my thoughts stay away from the gold wing there’s horror stories on the internet about the exhaust rotting away due to you cannot get to it to clean it Honda doesn’t care the highland ride he had a brand new one last year this he got rid due to that hope to have a meet up soon 👍🏍️
Hi Paul, Hope all's well and the recovery is going to plan. No luck with the video of our little ride out? was this before or after? Cheers take care mate.
