I find it interesting to see the UK interpretation of blondies/brownies. They look much more spongy and cake-like. In the US, ours are dense and chewy.
I think you can make them chewier but they always turn out sponge-like for me.
A helpful hint for those sinking chocolate chips- when you add anything heavy like that to a batter, toss the chips/other add ins like nuts or berries in a bit of flour before adding it to the batter. It’s helps keep them from sinking to the bottom! Thanks for another lovely video!

Is it just me or has anyone noticed a change in the slide bar on videos that you use to fast forward. I used to be able to tap the bar on the spot i wanted it to jump to and the little red ball jumped to that spot automatically. Now it doesnt do that I have to drag it to the spot I want it. Is this just me or has anyone else noticed this as well? I don't like this change.
