  • Hot n’ fast Grilled Baby Back Ribs on the Akorn Kamado for a midweek meal! If you want to make Ribs during the week, then this recipe is for you. 🔥

    Items Needed:
    - Baby Back Ribs: one slab
    - Avocado Oil: binder, to taste
    - Certified Louisiana Red Dirt Rub: to taste
    - Dad’s Jalapeño Lime Seasoning: to taste
    - Apple Juice: for spritzing
    - Grill, lump charcoal & smoking wood
    Prep & Cook:
    - Use a slab of baby back ribs.
    - Remove the membrane by pulling it off with a paper towel.
    - Lather both sides of ribs with avocado oil to help the seasonings stick.
    - Season all sides of the ribs with Certified Louisiana Red Dirt Rub & Dad’s Jalapeño -Lime Seasoning.
    - Fire up the Akorn Kamado Smoker/Grill to about 350°F with lump charcoal.
    -Warm up the grill for 20 minutes.
    - Place the ribs on the cooking grill grates.
    - Grill the ribs for a few minutes, then insert the Smokin’ Stone.
    - Spritz the ribs periodically with apple juice.
    - Grill ribs hot and fast for 2 hours.
    - Sauce & drizzle the ribs with BBQ sauce in the last 15 minutes.
    - Let the ribs rest, slice, and enjoy!
