Renault Megane 1,9dci 1999 cold start -23°C

It's a struggle to get this one going when it's below -20. It even has a new battery in it, but is still didn't spin fast enough to start, the oil was to thick. And yes all the glow plugs are working. It just doesn't like the cold.
