I doubt we'll see that in Division 2, personally, only because stuff like that heavily influences world/mission design, etc., and Div 2 wasn't built with those things in mind. But who knows- if it's received super well in Heartland, maybe they implement those as core features for Division 3!
@@RogueGold if you look at early concept art melee and stealth of some kind were mulled over even for the first game but seems like it was cut. Considering enemies can enter alert but not hostile states, I think it is possible just like crossplay should be possible. We may not see it but its surely not because they cant do it. I pray we see it for Div 3. Stealth and Melee should be crucial along with more survival mechanics.
The one thing I would want Massive to add to the game. Is a Rogue Agent Detector. You know, when you leave a safe house and you get the ISSAC message "A rogue agent detected", and the music shifts. I can not tell you how many times I am disappointed I have been that I didn't run into them, by running the wrong way. This would be helpful to those who don't want to run into them as well.
I know its not the most effective way but when you hear that and the music kicks in ... follow the music the louder it gets the closer you are to the rogue agents. But a detection of some sort would be helpful. But i love those encounters would love of they do it with the hunters tho i would probably get creamed 😅😅

I'd love to see more things like incursions or even more incursions! fantastic piece of content and i really liked the mechanical direction that paradise lost took. refreshing change from bullet sponge bosses with no mechs. very excited to see what end game revamp does!
Yes, we need more incursions, they're like raids but actually accesible to the average player, i've done paradise lost like 30-40 times and i'd do the same with a new incursion.

This all needs to be taken in context to the fact we're in year 6 with years of minimal updates and droughts

@Amell_Wesker Only issue there is that the design philosophy shifted pretty radically between TD1 and 2. Majority of Exotics in Div 1 weren't that strong, hence no restriction. Compared to Div 2- where many are build-defining. Yannick didn't sound opposed to loosening that restriction in the stream clip, though, so we'll see what happens!
@ShawSmeltzer-baer not necessarily, depending on what you're gong for, some exotics are completely outclassed by gear sets, even exotic weapons are niche and only work under certain circumstances. People already don't always equip the memento because sometimes the backpack gear set bonus is just more valuable. It would only make more interesting combos.
I hope we get some skill reworks. Like Healing Trap, Fireflies, Burster Seeker Mine, Deflector Shield etc. That would spice things up until we get a DLC

Refresh the look of all the factions minus BT since that’s their “look” Add personal pets that we “own” at the BoO that give us a small stat boost or perks like for example, a pet falcon could help us spot the loot goblin dude or a ferret could give us a bonus to finding more food from every other container. A snake could give us a random target to do +3% DtE to. Make the sewers more interesting loot/enemy wise instead of just key farms. Personally I think rogue agents should have a chance to appear there more so then above ground.

Div2 in terms of bigness and potential future can be announce using Keener Last Words "You have no idea... what's coming" 2:34 Daria in Focus mode The only thing that bothers me is the fact that this game needs a second Project Resolve, I appreciate the first one, but the second one with changes to the Dark Zone, better loot quality, maybe a shorter arrival time of the helicopter during extraction... we all know what it's like to be alone in DZ for some time and it's not cool to be in the dark zone for 30 minutes and get killed by a group, yes, you can avoid this content but that's why it was created, right? Faction boxes could give faction materials that are also for killing bosses, etc. The option that if you have a world on Heroic and the checkpoint is on LVL4, the activity that is next to it and is "Linked" to the point will make you get more Field Recon data, instead of 4 then 5 because you did a combined activity... such changes are needed

Wanting driveable vehicles is a silly idea for this game. Some things I want: 1) Outfits to be saved with our regular loadouts. 2) More clan perks. All there is now is another vendor and a crappy cache once a week. Level 30 clans should have the ability to earn an Exotic cache weekly for like, the top 5 CXP earners. Give members an incentive to do more clan projects. 3) Better communication in the game. You can't even invite a clan member from the clan board. Nuts. You can't whisper anyone without typing it into the chat. Some of the crypic user names makes this tedious. You can't add a friend within the game, and a lot of people turn off Ubisoft overlay because it tends to make crashes even more common. 4) Fix the darn game crashing! I rarely get crashes in any other game.
Exotic gear piece (which would probably be a chest piece so it doesn't unbalance the game) that allows you to combine all weapon skill you have equipped. So 3 weapon talents at once that would really open up some interesting combos.
My take is that they intend to finish division 2 on high note so people will be more engaged and excited for division 3. It makes sense restarting the team, making another dlc and have more unannounce content.
A minor thing that would have great positive effects would be being able to reconnect to activities like Countdown. Because that would take pressure off the team to fix it and frustration from the players that get crashes. How many times have I heard 'a player has reconnected' and thought "well, then put him back in here".
That really does say a lot, that we were able to help get corporate re-evaluate Div 2. Kinda bummed that the big shinies aren't until the Fall, but at the same this Summer is already overkill with the stuff I wanna buy and play so it works out I suppose (for me) I'm still laughing that they had an internal Descent competition - maybe now they'll actually realize the mode still takes WAY too long and while fun, is horribly unbalanced against the player.
If there is more "unannounced" things to come with Year 6, my guess is that it'd be with the Y6S1 summer update given how light it seemed before. We'll see!
I can guarantee they didn't play long enough to get to the point where the wheels really come off in the mode since that takes hours and hours in 1 sitting, even if they had the skill (and they by and large dont- see hard mode world in the stream Q&A). But yes, one can hope. I wouldn't hold your breath however.

I cannot for the life of me understand why there aren't purple guns (like at all) or even an option to keep upgrading Yellow - like 5-10% skill efficiency per additional rank. Weapon damage needs to be doubled, I don't understand why it's 10% either when cores cap at 15 outside.

With respect to stopping at blue weapons, if I had to guess it's related to purple and yellow guns having native talents and them not wanting to do the work to hack that out of the mode specifically.

I want a game mode where we can all equip an exotic in every slot. Maybe we all have to work together to bring down a mega deity that rises from the sewers in some unexpected genetic crispr experiment gone wrong. Only stipulation....You have to be wearing an exotic in every slot.

I believe there will be at least another year after year 6 otherwise why would UBISOFT waste money and time on an endgame revamp if they’re just going to stop,making content for a few months after that. What I think a lot of people don’t know is that the Division 2 was released in China not that long ago. The game had to be modified for Chinese censorship, hence the delay, but has been generating a TON of income for the franchise. It makes sense that there is a lot of content coming out for a 5 year old game considering it’s brand new in the largest gaming market on earth…

Just a tiny little thing, but, what about the fact we can barely play the game for almost a WEEK since the maintenance, because of Delta 03 errors,’and they don't seem to give a sh*t about it? I love this game, but this kind of attitude and the fact there is still a sh*tload of problems years after the release doesn't make me want to buy new content or their next game...
It's always a good idea to take breaks if you're burnt out! Plenty of amazing games out there to get sunk into. Returning to a game after a break always comes with a renewed sense of fun- especially once there's new stuff to dive into.
I'm usually pretty burned out after a season ends or even during the middle of the seasons but I usually just take a break till something new is in and it usually helps me get more motivation to play again
Sunsetting is the exact reason this game needs an offline/coop mode that doesn't require you to be on their servers. Live service games are universally hated and are holding back this franchise.
Every time they add one feature they mess up 5 other things though so maybe stop letting the interns at it, or fixing all the stuff they busted just this week first!

Got back in to this game 2 weeks ago all good till this Tuesday now beginning to wish I had not bothered delta 3 I even got kicked out of a dream I was having last night thanks to a delta 3, sort your game out ubisoft can't believe I payed money for this level of bullshit.
Shame they don't care about the PVP side of things, that side aint thriving at all. PVE is a massive bore now and the DLC won't even be on my radar by the time that comes. Probably won't be playing this time next month.
If you could wear 2 gear set at 1 time like Remanat 2 that be be amazing for legendary missions, for example dps set and skill set and the ninja backpack lets you do it. But unfortunately division franchise doesn’t get alot of resources to make a big difference in the gaming community. Remnant 2 doesn't really have gear sets. Do you mean subclasses? If so, I definitely think if they could upgrade the exotic to allow for two primary set bonuses, or maybe have that require a specific (new) subclass that gives you 1 match for every set innately, so that *with* the backpack, you can have two primary set bonuses active, that would be fuckin sweet.
I stop calling it division 2 after the last update and call it Delta Force 2 now🙄...also they must add exotic caches to every legendary missions like div 1 and not only wait for one a week with the project...mostly the Zoo and TB that are long and hard to complete if the other 3 players are low level or not good enought.
I think that it's fine the way it is but we should get more caches: Maybe 3 for DUA, 4 for Capitol and Roosevelt island, 5 for Tidal Basin and 7 for the zoo. I might be going a bit overboard but they're by far the hardest pieces of content in the game, it took me hours to finish the zoo mision

The server problems in the division 2 should be a tip priority.
On their Trello board it doesn't say that's too priority.

Some of the crypic user names makes this tedious. You can't add a friend within the game, and a lot of people turn off Ubisoft overlay because it tends to make crashes even more common.

With a big delay to the DLC, I would hope it is getting more content or at least some of their ideas pushed ahead of it. 8 months is a long delay

Exotic gear piece (which would probably be a chest piece so it doesn't unbalance the game) that allows you to combine all weapon skill you have equipped. So 3 weapon talents at once that would really open up some interesting combos.
Imagine a exotic chest that lets you have 2-3 gear talents from either back pack or chest talent pool
Adrenaline rush and unbreakable on the chestpiece or sumn else
My take is that they intend to finish division 2 on high note so people will be more engaged and excited for division 3.
It makes sense restarting the team, making another dlc and have more unannounce content.
I gurantee you the 'Brooklyn' DLC won't be as substantial as people would like for it to be. But hey, at this point, we will take what we can get.
They previously confirmed that it will be smaller in size/scope than WONY. My guess is 3 Open World Zones and 3-4 Main Missions
A minor thing that would have great positive effects would be being able to reconnect to activities like Countdown. Because that would take pressure off the team to fix it and frustration from the players that get crashes.
How many times have I heard 'a player has reconnected' and thought "well, then put him back in here".

Yeah my guess is that Raids are done in The Division franchise. The return on investment they get for Incursions is just way higher

I'm still laughing that they had an internal Descent competition - maybe now they'll actually realize the mode still takes WAY too long and while fun, is horribly unbalanced against the player.
If there is more "unannounced" things to come with Year 6, my guess is that it'd be with the Y6S1 summer update given how light it seemed before. We'll see!
I can guarantee they didn't play long enough to get to the point where the wheels really come off in the mode since that takes hours and hours in 1 sitting, even if they had the skill (and they by and large dont- see hard mode world in the stream Q&A).

I cannot for the life of me understand why there aren't purple guns (like at all) or even an option to keep upgrading Yellow - like 5-10% skill efficiency per additional rank.
Weapon damage needs to be doubled, I don't understand why it's 10% either when cores cap at 15 outside.

What I think a lot of people don’t know is that the Division 2 was released in China not that long ago. The game had to be modified for Chinese censorship, hence the delay, but has been generating a TON of income for the franchise. It makes sense that there is a lot of content coming out for a 5 year old game considering it’s brand new in the largest gaming market on earth…

Just a tiny little thing, but, what about the fact we can barely play the game for almost a WEEK since the maintenance, because of Delta 03 errors,’and they don't seem to give a sh*t about it? It's always a good idea to take breaks if you're burnt out! Plenty of amazing games out there to get sunk into. Returning to a game after a break always comes with a renewed sense of fun- especially once there's new stuff to dive into.
I'm usually pretty burned out after a season ends or even during the middle of the seasons but I usually just take a break till something new is in and it usually helps me get more motivation to play again

Sunsetting is the exact reason this game needs an offline/coop mode that doesn't require you to be on their servers. Live service games are universally hated and are holding back this franchise.

Got back in to this game 2 weeks ago all good till this Tuesday now beginning to wish I had not bothered delta 3 I even got kicked out of a dream I was having last night thanks to a delta 3, sort your game out ubisoft can't believe I payed money for this level of bullshit.
Shame they don't care about the PVP side of things, that side aint thriving at all. PVE is a massive bore now and the DLC won't even be on my radar by the time that comes. Probably won't be playing this time next month.
If you could wear 2 gear set at 1 time like Remanat 2 that be be amazing for legendary missions, for example dps set and skill set and the ninja backpack lets you do it. But unfortunately division franchise doesn’t get alot of resources to make a big difference in the gaming community. Players need to face the music division franchise isnt a house hold name thats way the game is in the state its in and d3 isnt gonna be that much better. Face the music players
Remnant 2 doesn't really have gear sets. Do you mean subclasses? If so, I definitely think if they could upgrade the exotic to allow for two primary set bonuses, or maybe have that require a specific (new) subclass that gives you 1 match for every set innately, so that *with* the backpack, you can have two primary set bonuses active, that would be fuckin sweet.

I stop calling it division 2 after the last update and call it Delta Force 2 now🙄...also they must add exotic caches to every legendary missions like div 1 and not only wait for one a week with the project...mostly the Zoo and TB that are long and hard to complete if the other 3 players are low level or not good enought.
I think that it's fine the way it is but we should get more caches: Maybe 3 for DUA, 4 for Capitol and Roosevelt island, 5 for Tidal Basin and 7 for the zoo. I might be going a bit overboard but they're by far the hardest pieces of content in the game, it took me hours to finish the zoo mision

Yeah, paradise lost was great, it's a shame that they went with raids for the first years, they're like incursions but not accesible to the average player
