Terms like Tier 1.5 shouldn't exist, you are either tier 1 or tier 2. If you think your deck is Tier 1 if you have the right match ups, the right draws, perfect weather, this means your deck is Tier 2.

Deck tiers are defined by their popularity a.k.a metashare, not by some arbitrary powerlevel...

@@Eltharyon yes but they are not being referred to like this, people say decks like Merfolk are a tier 1.5 because they sometimes can sweep at their locals, the deck is tier 2, there literally is no 1.5 its only ever used to describe tier 2 decks the pilots are coping with the 1.5, and people trying to downplay the strength of their tier 1 deck. People do not use these terms ever in a real context for their meta share, always to describe as power level
