- Hi, there! I prepared an amazing video for you. In this video, I share 15 great sites where you can access public domain, copyright free images and explain how you can download these images. These are the websites that I have personally used to find materials for my surreal digital and analog collage art making, and you can use them to download and use content digitally or print them out and use them in analog form. Also this websites will be great for making digital scrapbooks, original product packages, wall art, illustrate ebooks or podcasts, social media, textile printing, digital, printable artwork and many more.
Copyright is a very important issue, so please make sure to confirm that any content you wish to download is public domain, copyright-free, royalty-free, or has a CC0 license, and also be aware of any potential updates.
If you know of any other similar websites, please share them in the comments so that we can all learn, benefit, and create! ✂️🖱️

I like how you included the time stamp sections and also links to each website you mention. Makes the experience useful and easy to use. 😊
However the world of public domain, copyright free images and CC0 images is an evolving one. The issue of copyright and usage rights are different.
And several websites who used to have public domain, copyright free images or CC0 licenses are now Free Images websites but retain their copyrights.
These websites include: Unsplash, Pixabay, and Pexels.
Your instructions to confirm the licenses is good, but I think it is irresponsible to include websites in your list that haven't had that license for a number of years. For example Pixabay took away their CC0, Public Domain license in 2019.
😢
I appreciate your feedback and concerns regarding the inclusion of websites that have changed their licensing status.
I apologize for any inaccuracies in the information provided.
The landscape of public domain, copyright-free images, and CC0 images can indeed evolve over time, and it's important to stay updated on the latest changes.
The list of 15 websites I shared consists of sites that provide free-to-use images and sites that offer public domain images, as indicated in the title.
Regarding the three websites you mentioned (Unsplash, Pixabay, Pexels), I was undecided about including them in the list due to potential confusion regarding their CC0 licenses.
After reviewing the license sections of these three websites, I decided to include them in the list because I concluded that their content would not create any copyright infringement issues for our collage designs.
Here are the links to the license information I reviewed:
unsplash.com/license
pixabay.com/service/license-summary/
www.pexels.com//license/
Based on your comment, to avoid any confusion, I will update the video's description to clearly indicate the websites that offer public domain and copyright-free images, along with the relevant details.
🌻
Nooooooooooooo, not Pexels! 😕 😞
@@surrealcollagist I wouldn't have a problem with the websites you included if the title of the video had been about websites that offer FREE images. But to say the video is about Copyright Free images when those websites haven't had that designation for a number of years is misleading. I'd suggest either not including those sites or changing the name of the video.
Since the title is misleading, this isn't a channel I'll be following.
@@ted458 What about Pexels? Yeah, they've removed their CC0 License.
@@irisheyes3639 That's a shame. It's one of the better sources for images in my opinion. I have a bunch of images from there that I was going to use. I don't know if they would be grandfathered in under the old rules or not but it's probably sketchy to use them now. Thanks for sharing the information.
I’m having trouble trusting the odd changes unsplash keep doing
unsplash.com/license
I use the images I want to use within these license terms. And I always check these rules from time to time. I can recommend it to you too. 🌻
MOMA?
Hello, I could not find public domain images published by Moma. I think they don't have such a service. If you know a link on this subject, I would appreciate it if you could share it with us. Thank you.
@@surrealcollagist I'm sorry. I also couldn't find it. I think I was mixing it up with the Met.
@@rosainecalmeyer4428 I'm sorry to hear this. The visuals that Moma would publish would also be magnificent. Thank you for your contribution. 🍀
