Tbh I bet Sumo Digital took ownership way early in development due to licensing and agreements etc. So chances are Mm had a very different idea to the whole game. This was probably a demo track by Mm for the pod but that's just a theory.
nope! when booting the game up the Sumo Digital logo animation from Sonic and All-Stars Racing: Transformed plays before booting you inside your Pod ( and also this way kept until later in dev when they had made a press build ( which was like the E3 demo but with this song in the background)
Yeah I actually love this version and wouldn't have minded it. Lbp3 had a lot of potential but it didn't quite stick the landing. What I would do is erase the whole storymode and swap it for something else and maybe leave also modify some characters. And change the way the menu looks so its easier to navigate, remove challenges no popit puzzel world. And I think if the developers played the second game they could build upon it and do it right. But reality is underwhelming soooo.

mm didn't want calm music to stay in the pod so they changed it to a boreing song to stop them from lisoning to the unused song in little big planet 3 digital edition
Apparently what happened is that they reworked the music, and accidentally overwrote the original file (the one that contained this version of the song). This version was presumed to be lost forever until someone managed to recover a build of the game containing it.
The music seems to be slightly broken on TCRF (slight fade in at the start of the track for some reason), yet it's fixed here. Can you provide a download link to the fixed loops?

I don't get why we shouldn't have the new stuff, the reason why I don't like LBP3 compared to LBP2 for example is because 2 is a lot more stable. Stuff like velociporters not existing just feels like an objective downgrade imo, even if wormholes already existed in LBP2.
