1. Why it got vaulted: Broken stats, needed to be nerfed in only some small ways.
2. Vault Status: Small fixes in reload time & fire rate can balance it.
3. Rework? No, it just needs some small stat fixes. It's drum mag extension needs to be +2 bullets instead of +4.
