Gameplay from Wuthering Waves Closed Beta Test 2. The total storage size of the game is not confirmed with all the patches, and the original download it is sitting at 10gbs on my device currently. There is no controller compatibility at the moment. This should be ready by release. My device has a built-in controller with a mapping feature that allows its controller to work. This is only a beta, and by release, you can almost expect a lot of optimization updates. Giving feedback to Kuro Games is a great way to make the game better and add changes for both casual and competitive players. There is a lot to be worked on, but this game definitely has had the most potential out of any upcoming gacha.
(I will say please watch other content on the game to get the full picture of what gameplay is like.)

Android v7.0 or higher, with Snapdragon 835, MediaTek G71/72 or processor with higher performance.
Recommended:
Android v7.0 or higher, with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, or MediaTek processor with equivalent performance.
For Ram 6GB+ With 6GBs being the bare minimum. I recommend 8GBs this is almost required for demanding mobile games like wuthering waves.

Oh it's the 12gb ram variant, that's why it looks good. I have 8gb ram and textures look pasty and blurry for me even at max graphics, everyone I've seen with good looking textures on mobile have 12gb+ ram.

Seeing all the pc players and how complex the gameplay is I was concerned they’d cut mobile out of the picture. This is amazing! I can’t wait to play and get all the cool characters and echoes. I hope when it releases everyone gets the characters they want and need!!

I wanna play this game so bad now...I'm a mobile Genshin player and I think mobility wise in this game is better than Genshin because you won't need specific characters to traverse the overworld faster.
Same I play mobile genshin too we run out of stamina so quick so it not running out is really nice, plush easier climbing and parkour, I wanna play it so bad as well anyone know when it might come out 😭
@@JessPets it's practically guaranteed to come out before october, but other than that i don't know of a finalised release date. In october their license for the name wuthering waves runs out i think so they gotta release it before it expires otherwise it'll be delayed much more

To think that I've been following since Whutering waves was announced and now it's the talk of the town... I played prg before for 1 year and I can confirm that Kuro is excellent at making games.
This gameplay gave me peace and chills while watching. I love it.

glad the openworld games i play also have navigation on the left side with other buttons on the right and very similar buttons too, makes it easier to switch between games

yeah but my first adventure game had navigation on the right instead, and i had struggles when i first tried to adapt to this standard when i played another game
It's good that there is no big difference between version in pc and mobile just slight changes

I'm no harcore gamer . I want a game where I can unwind. Genshin provides that with exploration and lore. But If I feel in the mood for challenge WW will be perfect. It's win/win for me honestly.

Looks great will download on both my mobile and pc. Luckily i have enough storage and ram to not worry about getting slow performance on mobile.
I saw someone say the graphics on mobile aren’t as good as PC and boy were they right. I mean what can you do… you can’t compare a 3060 i7 to a phone.
One thing I realized watching this is how they kept the natural/environmental sounds while roaming about (stuff like animals, wind, far away bird chirping). It reminds me of BotW/TotK and I really hope they keep it, it makes the experience feel like you're actually outside in that environment. I play Genshin regularly as well, and I know it has these kinds of sfx too, but they feel more spread apart and less often than this showcase, and I think it's partially because Genshin focuses more on having the accompaniment soundtrack related to each region/location played more often.

This feels like how I started Genshin seeing the beautiful open world and traversing it ,full of curiosity ,and fighting small enemies, this game is amazing

The controls seem pretty good was a bit scared for them with mobile. Just because in my head it seemed like there would be a lot of buttons on the screen and I would have to manage them and remember which is which.
I was scared too. I started playing fighting games a few years ago and it was difficult to learn what buttons did what and how to use them in conjunction. In this game, there’s not enough buttons to be overwhelming, but there’s enough to supply you what you need. If the buttons look intimidating, it won’t be when you play the game trust me. I’m a mobile CBT2 player! You learn the button very quick

I hope this game is as friendly to play as Genshin. My chipset is Kirin 980 and playing Genshin can be set to mid-high 45 smoothly, whereas I have to set this game to low 45fps before it can run smoothly.

Same that's why I came here to check out if it was only me, apparently not. This game isn't even working on a stable 15 FPS on my phone with LOWEST graphics possible, for reference, I can run Genshin at a somewhat stable 30 FPS with medium settings/high rendering...
I never complain about performance because I'm used to having horrible devices, but this is actually unplayable it's draining my battery and looks horrible due to the lowest resolution and STILL manages to be unbearably stuttery and jittery, seems like 10fps on average.

@@dzomar9307 Very unfortunate...for some reason my mother's phone is really good, can run Wuwa at unstable 30-40fps on high rendering and low shadows. FYI, that phone can run Genshin at a fixed 45fps on HIGHEST graphics. Unfortunately, she obviously won't let me use it lmao. I'll have to wait until the Devs update with better optimisation so I can play...
My pc run AAA games at 120fps. This game barely keep a stable 60fps. Hope the dev can actually optimize it

i honestly don't get the argument "there's too much buttons and in mobile it's gonna suck.", you don't have to click buttons simultaneously in this game, sure there are 7 main buttons but you can PERFECTLY play with just two of your thumbs, it's not a mobile FPS game where you have to click multiple buttons at once, you don't need finger independence when using two thumbs, it's literally just like any open world game but you have more options other than E-Q and switch character.

When i first playing genshin i just go straight ahead and unlock all the teleportation and without doing any quest first because if all the map teleportation is unlock you can freely go anywhere so i will be doing that in wuthering waves if wuthering waves have teleportation wave point

Looks pretty solid, stutters a bit too much, so they could improve that hopefully, texture rendering could also be improved as a lot of things close and far will first appear as "clay" and then update textures.
But overall, it seems really good and fun and can prob lower some settings to improve the stutters

You will eventually find this out in WuWa too how their newer characters will keep getting better and make the game easier and more fun. Then you see your favourite character coming after a year if you miss it this time.

Genshin became popular because it was an anime like storytelling and was a unique open world game, it wouldn't be as successful as it is if the story was trash as you are pertaining. Though I do agree, the Inazuma archon quest was quite disappointing but the players were already attached to the game, its hard to drop off and especially if you like the mechanics. Impression it is.

Here's the thing. I have a ryzen 5 5600 Rtx 3060Ti .... The stutters, frame rate drops are horrible. Graphics are blurry even at ultra settings. The cutscenes lag a bit, but it can be ignored. However the gameplay itself is a optimisation mess.

theyre marketing this a lot towards pc players so orbs would be really hard to implement. even now pgr on pc needs some sort of learning curve. i do miss the matrix but i have a feeling that would have made things much easier

they can add orb system in mobile and usual system for pc

so excited for this game!! i dont have genshin anymore because it took up all my storage, so i think this'll be a good alternative :')
Drives me crazy a minute in and the camera jerks around every second, I hope it will be smoother than that because that’s pretty irritating. Other than that I’m excited to play this on my iPad Pro. It will be nice playing on my phone too, but this game deserves the largest screen available.
That grappling thing reminds me off that one Monster Hunter game
