Hey! I have a problem with the Head Unit on my 2016 GS350. The boot process on the radio is failing because of an internal radio failure. The A/C controls are still working, making me wonder if I can fix my problem with your product, or does it need the head unit to be fully functional? I know my screen works because it shows a loading message saying it failed, and it also turns on with the reverse camera.
