Doesn't Apple use a magnetometer in the iphone for the compass?
I wonder if there's an app you could use that magnetometer to look at the field you're generating with certain amps.

Have you ever reviewed Mobile Authority or Optimus amps? I think Optimus was radio shack. I always wondered if the wattage rating was true. I used both back in early 2000. I think the Optimus was rated 300 watts. (Pushed a JL 12 W6 V1) The mobile authority Im not sure but I think it was 100 or 500 watts. (Pushed 2 Kicker 12 golden oldies). Let me know if you have info. Thanks Big D
You should purchase another one and see if that one is defective to. Some people claim it doesn't affect there electrical

I had 2 of those subs new when they came out I could not get bass from them for nothing sealed tuned ported or band pass they just blew air but not sound like it was halfway free air they are horrible.
