Thanks for posting these Boston shows, I was at both and it's great to watch them again, 2 phenomenal shows. They were throwing out Allman Brothers teases all night Friday and came through with a killer Jessica Saturday. This band is killer!

The Throwing Stones on their 2018-10-20 commercial release is everything I ever hoped that song would be. This one is good too. And I saw several performances of it with Brent back in 89, 90. This song needs to kick ass and is more relevant than ever.
Check out the version from vail this summer just after the school shooting in Texas. It's poignant.
Haven't been to a music event of any kind in 3 years since I moved from the Midwest to the new england area. It kinda got put on the back burner while ive been focusing on new foundations figuratively and literally. What a perfect show to get back into things. Magical moments in the second set within sailor terrapin and throwing stones. The Boston crowd is the best I was a little nervous as I wouldnt know a single person there but it didn't matter at all. Beautiful amphitheatre yall have here. City is a bit difficult to navigate on the fungus tho. Thanks for sharing the video and to the people there that made it such a great time. I regret not going to night 1 also. Jrad are the most legit out there when do they come again? (~);}

Please correct me if I’m crazy. I swear to god at 2:52:47, that theme they’re (mostly Tom) playing (although it’s part of Throwin Stones) is a jam that the real Dead would go into on very rare occasion - I think it might have been in the early 70s, and it has a name (think “Mind Left Body jam” type of name). If anyone knows the name of that jam please tell me - it’s driving me crazy and I can’t find anything about it.
