Always enjoy watching your informative and entertaining Marco in a BOX upload. I have never tried a Pinsa Romana - will see if we have any Pinseria's here in Sydney, Australia. My parents were from the Veneto region so the gnocchi was nothing like the Tyrolean Gnocchi - would love to try it as gnocchi is my favourite homemade meal. Looking forward to your next video. I just found your channel, I’m 100% danish, but I’ve been to Italy many times and a lot of my families friends (both old and young) are italian. I’ve been to Castel Vittorio, Pigna, Bordighera (the old town) and Saluzzo. I saw your video where you mentioned the american stereotypes towards italians and I found it quite hillarious, since It’s something I’ve experienced just with them trying to impersonate danes. Great video however and I wish your channel the best.
