Rahu is masculine planet I guess, ketu is feminine, what to do if exalted or debilitated planet crossed their degrees for exaltation and debilitation, will they act as neutral

As per my knowledge, sun-mars-Jupiter-rahu are male, venus-moon are female, saturn-mercury are eunuch (astrologically) and ketu-hermaphrodite (astrologically). But yes in some texts, saturn-mercury-ketu-rahu are defined as feminine planets.
@@SpiritualSadhak : How we will take Sun condition in Mercury and Saturn signs . Sun is friend to Mercury placed in Virgo but how you will divide points as 3 points to friends house or we have to reduce

Excellent video. I am learning a lot.... Also I heard from Sri. dharmesh that for Leo hora ascendant, if moon is placed in Kendra's in main birth chart, he will lose all his wealth during his life time. Is that right... You didn't mention such a thing in your video..
May be but i am not sure about this. As per my limited knowledge other things like position of karaka of wealth, present dasha,transit must also consider. However, in simple terms moon in sun's hora makes person lustful, sick and fond of gambling but other parameters is important to consider.

Venus is female planet right sir. So ketu should get only 1.5??
Also Venus is female planet sitting in Jupiter house which is male planet so points should be half
Masculine signs are Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Aquarius.
Feminine signs are Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn, and Pisces.

Jupiter in cancer hora will get 5 points but if Jupiter conjoined with mars then points will be 0.
