I’m not a professional astrologer but I love listening to your lessons, so I wanted to click pause and comment about your question at Min 52 Re whether this chart shows wealth or not:
To me, this looks like someone who will gain from some sort of “hostage negotiation” type of work …whether that’s in corporate world/take over strategy/defense is a question mark. This person has an immense ability to hold secrets and confidential data. They will have to do something over and over and over again - whether that’s like relaying hostage demands to one side, going back to the the person and renegotiating or whatever it is of that nature. There will be gains after an accident or deep loss or in a hidden manner…so maybe they can gain also from becoming a psychologist and empathizing with other people’s sorrow continuously. That’s all I have in my limited non professional opinion.

I realized this when I depended on my ex husband to bring me happiness and was happy when scraps of goodness were thrown my way like you .throw scraps to a dog This abusive and perversive behavior taught me that ME and only I was responsible for my own happiness. 27:40 to 28:10 Sir was on point. Biggest issue is with my planet Jup in chart. Rest 3 are in more or less good positions but i cannot grasp it. I always think, almost daily infact that wealth/money is just there but i cant reach it.
I guide others for wealth, infact just today i advised my boss where to invest. But i myself completely out of touch and situation in life that i can't do it. Simply cannot so far

Very correctly you have mentioned about Sun in 4H & Moon in 10H is like Abhijeet Nakshatra (full of light).
Also, technically, whenever Sun & Moon are facing each other - Purna is there (Moon has full light).
But, I would like to ask 2 questions here Sir -
1. What happens when there is any exchange.
2. What happens when Sun sits with Ketu ? I heard Ketu reserves everything, so the Kubera Sthan will also get reversed ?

Our earth rotates from east to west to Lord Sun.
1 house of kundli is East where Sun Rises in real, and 7th house is West where Sun sets.
Because the sun rises at 1H (East) at Morning and Sets at 7H(West) at Evening, the most powerful Sunlight we get is at Afternoon that is 12 o'clock to 2pm when the sun travels through the 10th house of Earth.
12 o'clock in a time of abhijeet muhurt. This is how the sun travels in kundli on a daily basis.
But the concept of wealth by dear navneet sir was explained as per Rashi chakra (this is what I understood). Sir has Sun in 3H and 4th from sun was 6th house.
According to this concept your mining house is Lagna (4th from 10th house where Sun is placed)

Expectations beyond limits is the main reason for sorrow and also such persons are unrealistic sometimes...for example: a pet to dance, follow each command, started doing something and expecting to happen next day and get disappointed after one and half day.
The more planets you have in the 8th house the more you will be disappointed. Like the moon will make you emotionally unrealistic as consequences you will suffer emotionally and be the cause of suffering for you near ones. Mostly you find that your loved ones don't care much about you.
Remedy for the moon: drop down your expectations and find things and doings which are helpful for near ones. Observe what are people around doing for you, value whatever they do for you. Everyone is not perfect. Like your husband is really caring about you but you never recognize his care. You always think what he did.
Note: nothing is personal. Try to get something out for you.
