- In this vlog, we are exploring the Columbia River Gorge Oregon. Hiking the Eagle Creek Trail seems to be the best option in the area. Columbia river gorge is home to Multnomah Falls and many of Oregon's best waterfalls.
Eagle Creek kept coming up when we were searching for a great Oregon hiking or backpacking trail. The Columbia River Gorge area has so many trails it's difficult to choose. Tunnel Falls hike is very popular and for good reason, this trail in Oregon is quite easy with many of Oregon's best waterfalls on eagle creek trail. Punch bowl falls is also a popular waterfall along the Eagle Creek trail.

Enjoyed your family style hike on the Eagle Creek Trail. The trail brings back memories of my wife and I doing this trail up to Wahtum Lake and back. It was a two day adventure for us in 1985. We had backpacked at Jackson Hole Wy a few days before! A beautiful road trip from PA to the great NW, via the Rocky Mountains! I am glad to see you instilling adventure into your young one too! Our family got started two years after our trip!
