This adapter plate allows you to the bell housing and the transmission enabling you to use your original bell housing. Other parts you may need is CPC Crossmember, CPC's trans mount insulator, CPC' s shift lever, CPC's Slip yoke, and a CPC Shift knob.

@Taunuslunatic, All T-5's do not have the same transmission to bellhousing bolt pattern due to different manufacturers such as Tremec and Borg-Warner.
We do manufacture adapter plates to make it work with your car.

I have a 1970 Mustang Mach 1 with a 351 Cleveland. Do you have a kit that would make a t5 work for my car? It’s currently a automatic.

Which transmission model years with this adapter fit on? I understand, some years had different shaft lengths than others.

This adapter plate works on 83-93 T5 transmissions. After 93, they have longer input shafts.

Cal Pony yup, good info there guys, loved the video. me and my brother used a 3.8 T5 from a 2001 mustang. now we just need one of those adapter plates from you. all we had to do was buy another input shaft for that was the length of the 83-93 input shaft and replace it. low mileage 3.8 T5 trans are much cheaper and have a lot less wear and mileage on them than the 5.0 t5's that people have been beating on in their 5.0 fox body hot rods... ;-) same trans though. oh, and if you're using a 351w then the 3.8 bellhousing and input shafft works just fine ;-) just use a 351w starter.
