- This tiny home is straight from a dream world and will simply leave you awestruck. The Lark Reimagined has a very striking exterior, boasting it's huge wrap around porch with cedar posts, paired with a copper roof to give a perfect contrast to the 'Snowy Mount' base. On the interior, the 11ft. ceilings give a feeling of space to the home making it seem larger than life. The Functionality of this floorplan creates a great layout, with good furniture placement options in the living room. Another good feature about the Lark is the option of having a designated dining space, in this model we hung the all new limited run RRC exclusive chandelier above the area. Then we have our built-in hutch to add on as more storage space to the galley style kitchen. We continue the high ceilings into the bathroom as well, keeping any cramped feelings out of sight, especially in the full tile shower with our new pebble stone accent. Finishing things up, we make it to the bedroom with high ceilings as well and a shiplap wall accent from floor to ceiling. Then we put an exterior door leading out of the bedroom onto the back porch that of course connects all the way through to the front porch. With all the special features and that wrap around porch this tiny home has it feels like it is from a dream world.
The Lark Reimagined is on sale today for $110,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

WOW! I don't think I've ever seen y'all use central air/heat rather than the mini split. Awesome. Probably saves you and the buyer some dollars as well! What a lovely little home. It's perfect. Mr. Tiny, your "matching the outfit with the product" is SO ON POINT.
I love that this Lark has a rear porch (and a side porch on top of that). It's something I always thought was missing from previous Larks.
The bathroom is really nice. There's enough separation between the sink/toilet and the shower that it doesn't look cramped. The shower is a decent size, and it has gorgeous tile.
The exterior is eye-catching. From the outside, this is easily one of the best-looking tiny homes I've seen.
We are just here for Mr Tiny🤩 we actually visited the lot a few weeks ago in Irving. Got to see Mr Tiny’s cherry red Mercedes parked out front. Very cool! What a great personality he is. We wanted to ask to meet him only because he is sort of a celebrity in our home but the girl at the desk didn’t offer when we asked some questions are were clearly fans lol. We didn’t want to seem weird so basically we chickened out 😆 anyway he’s awesome, we love his signature statement “REAL WOOD!” 🤗 these tiny homes are magnificent . One day when the kids are grown the old man and I will buy one and stick it up in the woods somewhere. Or maybe we will find a tiny village in Texas. Ya’ll take care. Thanks for the entertainment!

They’re the best , love the storages in their home , a lot of other builders build boxes 📦 not homes , these are homes and beautifully designed, you just got to love the pantry, cabinets and closets in their homes , never knew going small can be still so accommodating!

They've done it in the San Juan secondary bedroom (not the recent reimagined version, the older tours) but so far not in the primary bedroom that I'm aware of.
Everything is perfect. I would screen it in entirely. My fur children would love it.

I love the larger doors and hall so it can accommodate a wheel chair or walker.
One thing I love about your park model homes are the high ceilings with clearstory windows. They really help open up the space. I like that you screen in under the floor of the screened in porch. I had never thought about it but it makes perfect sense. Lots of storage too. Very nice model!

Love the wrap around porch...makes the home feel much bigger...also the screened-in rear porch makes it much more enjoyable....Likes the bedroom accent wall for bed placement! Great layout w living and dining area...Likes the kitchen layout w more cabinets and dishwasher...A fantastic floorpan overall!

OK, so this is my absolute favorite so far. Top reason is LESS windows and MORE wall space. I am an artist and will be using the space very differently than a typical "home". I've been looking for basically a studio I can just sleep in, lol. I hope I can find something like this when I'm ready to begin my tiny home life.

It’s beautiful, but the three feet on the side would have made the home a bit larger , I think 🤔 the porch at the Back is lovely and private, also love the front porch too , but there is no need for the side being only three feet wide , it would have done a great addition to the square foot of the home instead of being wasted , maybe 🤔 a larger closet in the bedroom with three foot extra and extra living accommodation too , but it’s beautiful regardless , they’re homes not boxes 📦 like other builders.

First tiny home I’ve seen that is handicapped capable. I appreciate the wider doors and wheelchair flow. I would prefer a wholly screened in porch. Never thought of screening in the underside!
Luv the new floor plan. Luv the porch and the rear bedroom. Always good to have room for wheelchair accessibility, except you couldn’t reach the shower head, no grab bars or transfer bench. I’m sure you could install those later if needed. Luv your screened in back porch. Recommend barn door for closet which are easier. And you’re right, the mini split would be better, vents on the floor are a pain. A few other minor things and you would be prepared for wheelchair accessibility in case of illness or accident. Luv the cedar on the porches and walk around room. Thanks again for the Lark reimagined.

Really like this home except for one thing...vents in the floor. In a small home, its going to be difficult to arrange furniture without covering floor vents. Fantastic porch.

Ooooooowweeeeee this the one! I'm loving this for my father and even my grandmother might love this as well. Fully screened wrap around would be best for ME, but I still love how this is made. A swing on front with a fire pit and tv or radio sipping hot spiked tea. (calming sigh) TFS this one Mike! I'm sharing this with my father immediately. Hope it goes to Alabama 🫣

REAL WOOD is BACK! This is by far my favorite park model tiny home. It's time to have a screened in porch, first one I have seen at RRC. Wish that I could have one here.
This home is great but it would be cool to see one what it could look like if it was 600 square feet larger. Like if there was a deluxe version but the next size up.

Very pretty. Wish there was an option to turn that whole front door wall into windows though. If I move to a tiny home I want a good view to look at.
This model normally has larger windows, not these "sofa style" ones they've been using recently. So I'm sure it would still be an option.

@@MMCDOWELL56 They deliver to mainland US according to the website. Although this is a Platinum Cottages home, RRC are just a dealer, so you may be able to find one closer.
Not Bad- no loft check, screened in back porch that could work as a more private prch or a sleeping porch check. decent sized shower check. dishwasher check, pantry check, sofa windows check, front porch check. place for a desk and tv check. place for laundry check. a nice closet check. place for table check, decent sized fridge check. easy to clean floors. workable kitchen layout check. Even like the railings. Things that might need to be added- more electric outlets on the outside. A few outside water taps. Need a place for the drip irrigation system for the flower boxes that would line the railing. have the side porch face a little south then have some garden tool hang on the wall on the side porch. possibly a ramp.

Love the wraparound porch and the rear screening. This home is visually appealing but a second bedroom would be very nice. The bathroom is quite large and a swing out glass door would keep the open feel. I like the wide doorways so I think a grab bar and shower seat is essential for those who use a walker or wheelchair. I like the AC/heat options as well. I wish the living room was a bit larger, but a small sectional and perhaps another chair would fit. I also think a wall-mounted drop leaf table would work instead of the dining table, which takes up quite a bit of space, but it is nice to have a dining area in a tiny home. All in all, a really lovely home.

My fantasy is a screen porch in back with a built in cupboard bed.
Love the wide doorways and the bathroom. With every floorplan, you may have to give up something, and in this one, the living room is tight. The baby loveseat does not make a living room. Nice color choices and the porch is amazing.

I love all these tiny homes and I have looked at dozens and dozens of them that's always one thing missing either a linen closet is missing or a bigger closet in the bedroom or a pantry closet. There's always at least one thing missing and I understand there's only so much you can put in these tiny homes but it sure would be nice to see everything in one of these homes
Definitely my favorite on the outside with the roof lines and all around porch. I could see this on 1 acre with a matching garage over to the side, a fenced in backyard with an underground storm shelter. I wish home builders would do site-built homes like this. Neighborhoods need more options. Not everyone needs or likes the same things.

The soffit over the sink with the light over the sink is a must, you have to be able to see what you are doing and many of the tiny houses do not have that.

Beautiful home - love the wrap porch with the 6x6 cedar posts and the Trex decking. Also the wonderful sofa/ transom windows are super for more and better furniture placement. The paint color on the walls is very nice. The wide entry into the bedroom - and the pocket door to tuck out of the way are perfect. The long kitchen and wide corridor make the home open and roomy. The bathroom is a nice size and the shower is easy to enter and exit with out metal sliding doors. Super to have a deck off the bedroom.

I have a question. Is there an option for counters/sinks, etc to be placed lower for folks dependent on wheelchair? This is a very nice home. I’m impressed.
Would be surprised if there wasn't, I know in past videos they've shown some custom homes where taller people bought them and they raised the height so I'm sure they do the opposite too I would hope.
I love the wrap around porch. I like that you have already placed all the ceiling fans though out the home. BUT, I really don't like the chandelier. I would change it for a pendant light. I look forward to these videos every week. I hope to downsize soon.

Don’t even ask about my fave thing. The total wrap around porch with the back screened in. This is actually something of an ideal “second” home around a home for my cats. I thought a tiny wasn’t doable with all my cats but idk. Maybe it is with all the porch space. Lol. I have a few cats that simply cannot “do” total indoor life. Lol.
