Hello Dorian, I listened to your videos for two weeks (never laid a hand on the books) and did a few mocks on the "Theory 4 in 1" app. I was quietly confident. What kept me awake was the Hazard Perception Test since I was quite erratic even after employing your "two clicks" approach. That's because I was failing to anticipate hazards. I fell asleep quite early on the two nights leading to the 26 August test. I encountered this one question: "You’re driving over a level crossing. What should you do if the warning lights come on and a bell rings?" I imagined myself in that situation and guess what happened. I panicked and got "everyone out of the vehicle immediately". My score was 49/50 and 67/75 on my first-ever attempt. I am just one in the long line of people whose lives you have touched. I can't thank you enough. ❤

Really glad to have come across this channel. Having to do my theory test again as it expired. Goal is to go through the whole series. I’ve been finding it really helpful studying along with these videos. Also, the explanation on each question is SO helpful.
Hello! Thank you very much for your videos, I have passed the exam!. I am writing to you because I am dyslexic and in one of your videos you commented that it was possible to listen to the audio in the exam. Unfortunately, on my first attempt it was not possible because at the reception they asked me if I could read and my answer was yes, so when I went in to take the exam and asked for a computer with audio they told me that it was not possible because I had not requested it at the reception. On my second attempt, when I booked the exam, I selected that I needed audio assistance and when I came to take the exam I made sure to explain that although I could read I needed a computer that could read the instructions to me, it was much easier and I passed without a problem.

I failed my test yesterday. But I learned a lot from mistakes it was my first time. During test I wasted too much time on my few questions at end time goes on. I forgot too skip questions and solve it at end . Better luck next time. 💪 37/50 66/75

@kazeemhamzat7891 The answer is quick acceleration. Automatic doesn't have gears, so if you need to get your speed up quickly, you press the gas pedal down and it kicks it down to a power gear for you. Hopefully that helps.

Hi Dorian, can I ask that you explain this question? You are driving a car fitted with automatic transmission. When would you use "kick down"?
