The Most BEAUTIFUL Mountain Lake in Slovakia (& How to Bring your Dog Hiking)

This is part two - a chill hiking video where we take it slow, traversing between the High Tatra mountains to find the beautiful Green Lake.

I also give some recommendations in case you want to bring your dog along (like we did). There's a surprising amount to consider like dog-friendly mountain huts / trails / ski lifts, etc!

Such a lovely video! I'm looking into traveling to the Tatra mountains with my 2y/o golden retriever and he loves hiking. Did you experience it as a dog friendly place and are there lots of trails for the puppers as well? (not with ladders/ climbing / ski lifts involved)

Thank you ☺️ Yes there are some dog friendly trails! I'd suggest sticking to passages through valleys/to lakes (like in the video) if you want to go to the High Tatras, or to try out the Low Tatras.
I think going to the High Tatra peaks will involve more scrambling and ladders, and we weren't able to figure out a hut-to-hut route that would work for us 🙏 Once we were there, no-one had any problems with our dog (accommodation, chair lift, hiking for the trails we chose).
