Portal 2 Gameplay Episode 4= Destruction

Did you record this video on PC or Laptop? Cause when I try to record it in 1080p the fps is still looks like I'm playing in 480p (60fps or less)
(And I also use Shadow Play)

I mostly play on Laptop, the reason why it shows 480p 60fps might be related to your computer but i don't know
