taking more the one emotional drug at a time is also fatal ...addiction is much more then drugs...you can read as much as you want but you'll never understand the complexities until we begin to acknowledge we are all addicts to our formed habitual habits..and we must begin to practice self discipline in the mind..before we have a pity party...for example eating fast food is only one order away from a heart attack, diabetes , or a stroke ..or an hourly employee whom juts purchased their home on a minim down payment , 30 year mortgage, is only one layoff away from losing their home ..or an adultery case away from suicide ,drugs, or mass shootings
