I like the video try get another video with the 3 bedroom as soon as possible...and I think the master bedroom should be on the bottom floor reason bn ....more space down there for it
Hi London, thank you. I will certainly do a follow up once the 3 bedroom is complete. Based on the current design plan I think i would put a master bedroom downstairs myself...i like how you are thinking 👍

I think the living area is really small for a 3 bed house, where on earth do you put your sofa and table with the stairs being where it is?
I'm in the process of purchasing one of the 4 bed, will there be any 4 bed in phase one?
Will the living areas be any bigger in the 4 bedroom?
One thing I find a bit strange is the kitchen cupboard that is in the corner of the living space, will that be permanent?

The units that will be delivered for the 4 bedrooms will be 2400 sq. ft, so there is greater space. That cupboard in the video is definately not permananent....this was just a look in based on how things are going....still a lot of work to be done and alot of things are not in thier final places

Ariel...I'm glad to see this video. First I'm seeing the 3 bedroom. I'm not a fan of the stair location but looking to see the finish units. What is the price of that unit?

Hi Anique, you will need to prepare and share these documents with me .... a copy of the purchaser/s valid Photo ID, A copy of the purchaser/s TRN, a completed and signed copy of a customer information form (i will send this to you), A copy of your proof of address, a copy of your proof of funds ( Mortgage Pre-qualification and or bank statement) also a completed/signed copy of an offer to purchase form (we will complete together). Sales have been halted for the time being...until the current phase is delivered. This should be ready between May and June
These houses still available and what’s the process of getting one of them?
Hi Blondie, phase 1 has been sold out. After these units are delivered/handed over in August, confirmations can be provided on the remaining units in the other phases
I heard this development is far away from the main road l, the road to get there is bad. Is this true
It is about 8 minutes drive from the main road. The road heading there is not the greatest indeed

The living room space is not good ! It looks small and akward for furniture Placement.
I have seen some projections on the placement of furniture in the space...it can work....it definately will not be ideal for everyone...but i have learned that moving into new spaces will always take some creativity and planning...but when the space is done...we can see

Yeah...i agree..definately not ideal...things changed alot during implementation ...but they do plan on making some changes...so i am watching how that unfolds ...i will definately make a follow up video
I agree. The stairs is very poorly placed. Ariel is also a terrible host for this video. He sounds like he's still asleep.

I have made a deposit for4bedroom/4bathroom split level in March. I’ve also asked for refund of this deposit since March but have not gotten my deposit back.
Six months later & this where I still stand with this developer
Hey Sophia, that should certainly not be the case, consider allowing your attorney to mediate on this on your behalf, if that doesnt work relay the case to the Real Estate board as the entity that oversees real estate transactions locally they would be the best resource to assist with any long standing issue

All I want is my deposit to be refunded back to me as promised by developer. Because this is beyond unacceptable & frustrating!!!

Ok home's but I notice hat or these developments look the same like my parents if alive would build. They need to do different designs and bigger inside etc. That's why I would build my own home in Jamaica. The view lovely all the same, but I like high celling's and large room's, balcony wrapped around that each room can benefit to such up the view's. But good information nevertheless sir.💯🇬🇧🇯🇲👍🏡
