I know of a colleague who went to Chongqing. And they're speaking facts. They said it was red hot, no matter where you are.
I get Jeremy's shouting in this about how can it still be hot at night. Having grown up in the UK where when the sun goes down it gets cold, nice and simple ( common sense etc ), then moving to a continental landmass place where it can still be hot at midnight was just bizarre to me.

Scorching weather here and im sat in the control town of an abandoned airport which i made almost entirely of glass and is turning the tower into a greenhouse.

Driving with your windows down and the AC running is something I can not fathom.
Sometimes you walk along and you hear a high pitched whining noise coming by and you can see a faint glow under the bonnet when either a pensioner or a 'interesting personality because his radio can go really loud' is attempting to cool down the entire planet.

Tonight…. Hammond and I destroy msy’s air conditioning in India which prompts him to vandalise our cars in retaliation….we sit in a warm car on a very warm day in England…….and my custom RV is so hot it nearly burns our skin off.

I don't know what cheap flights they're getting, but whenever I've been on a plane they've always had air con and have always been at a perfectly comfortable temperature. So frankly they're just talking complete rubbish.
