Mcdonalds has preportioned everything, when he puts sauce its from a dispenser that gives the same amount everytime, if you ask for extra he puts 2 pumps, the cook doesnt really have any other options and tbh theyre not paid enough to find one

Why did the employee not put extra sauce on the side in a container and let customer determine how much they want on the sandwich?
Next time ask for extra sauce on side, ask for spoon so you can scoop sauce onto sandwich.
Your idea of extra sauce is not the same as someone else's extra sauce, don't get upset with the employee.
Just ask them to put it on the side next time, maybe in a small container with lid.
