Defending with PURPOSE in doubles | Live Lesson

In this Live Lesson we take one of our players through a doubles defence session.
First we made a few technical changes, before stress testing the new technique.
Then we look at how he can improve his tactical defensive play, a lot of players play reactively instead of proactively when defending.
