    It's really heartwarming to see this Ford has found a good home! So many good trucks get scrapped way before their time...

    Let the professional detail it and time lapse his efforts. Great job keeping the truck original. It looks amazing!!!

    The stock alcoa wheels have always been the best looking wheel on the 90s era trucks other than a set of weld super singles. The old set of wheels you took off are American racing outlaws. Popular in the 80s.

    Hey Quinton !!! Great that you were able to find parts for that year truck in that condition !! Lots of work still needs to be done like total wheel alignment to stop cupping of the tires !!! 🤔🤔🙄😏🤠😎😎👀👀👍👍👍👍👍

    I have a 97 F250 and I have to tell you that these trucks love those Lucas oil products. There is noticeable power and and the way it runs in lower RPMs to do 70 is nice. Mines has almost 375,000 miles on it. Also my truck has no mufflers of ANY kind on it 😁😁

  • @ricoolivier
    @ricoolivier Před rokem +20

    To be honest I think this truck deserves a proper detailing by a real pro... No offense!

  • @supposedlycollectable4220

    Nice truck a couple years ago I had an F250 super cab the whole truck was same color as your grey strip it was hands down the cleanest 96 F250. I had the same oem Alcoa wheels it was completely stock other then the "TracRac" ladder rack I put on it I didn't want it to sit way over the roof line so I bought the one that fits a Toyota Tacoma or tundra wich sat about 1"-2" Over the roof. That truck got soo much attention everywhere it went

    The wheels look way better than the solid ones, as for detailing it I'm unsure. I personally would give it a "Spit and Polish" (Quick clean,) and job done as it is a work truck. Now if it is your personal transport then go all in and send it to the detailers. Just my opinion, but it's looking so much better. 👍

    I had a set of American Racing Outlaw 1’s just like you had on a Chevy years ago. I wasn’t crazy about the look BUT there was one big advantage….zero issues with having to clean brake dust off the front wheels. I could polish them and they’d hold a shine for months when cleaned up.

  • @jormalonnberg1578
    @jormalonnberg1578 Před rokem

    I think you should leave detailing to that pro, he already have all tools and cleaning stuff in his shop.
    You can then keep doing those mechanical stuff on it, like better headlights and some for rear for to see working with trailer or anything in that area of truck. Maybe stronger leafsprings to rear axle, it kind of looked like little nose up, even nothing on hitch. Can make it better driven when towing heavy trailer. Gooseneck trailer??
    Anyway it looks kind of cool as is, make it even better, keeping it still looking 25 years old style workhorse.

    Smoke wrench for bolts that don't cooperate. I did not look at your half inch Milwaukee socket buster but if it's the mac daddy 1400 foot pound unit it will twist thoes bolts off now. and while you are under there cut off that old trash leftover trailer hitch. Finish with a can of satin black rustoleum spray and done.
